5 Stars! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Communication was seamless, with clear instructions and helpful tips. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Loïc’s location for three nights and couldn’t have been happier! The location was perfect! So much to do! There were wonderful shops and restaurants and bars all on the same street. We really enjoyed Pub St Paul! It’s also close walking distance to so many other wonderful places. We had a great time doing karaoke at CEO Karaoke! The rental itself was perfect! Fully stoked with everything you need for your trip, lots of space, comfortable beds, even a fan in each room. There was nothing else we could have needed! Only thing I’ll mention is that the stairs would be a lot of you have any mobility issues. Otherwise that place is perfect and I highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the future.

My family and I loved staying here during our visit to the area. The place was clean and well equipped. Nights in the hot tub overlooking the river were a nice feature!

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is ideally situated on a quiet street close to Verdun's shopping and restaurant area. Yann is a great host. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful location looking right out onto the basin. Using the scope provided by the kitchen window we saw a coyote out on the ice! Spacious home easily accommodated six of us with lots of living space. We hope to come back again in the summer!

Christian had lots of recommendations for me and made the house cozy. I would just read carefully the house rules and inquire if you have questions because he is strict about rules , but they are rules that make sense and contribute positively to the stay. He’s got great bar recommendations and can even tell you the right bar for the vibe you’re looking for. And the location is perfect, minutes from a major train stop and in the midst of shops and restaurants galore. I recommend a stay with Christian, great experience.

The place was great and just as advertised. There is also a nice view and walking trail along the river. Full kitchen and fridge if needed as well. Very clean and cozy stay. Highly recommend. Kelly was great with communication too!
