The house is spotless. Just as shown in the pictures. The place is very central, close to restaurants and convenience stores. We went as a family to spend a few days and everything went perfectly. I recommend the place 100%.

The accommodation was excellent, with my family we did not take 15 minutes to reach the different attractions such as ski centers and hot springs. The wood stove heated the cabin completely and welcomed us with it on, everything was very clean and peaceful, there was snow and the landscape was wonderful. On the nearby road, habian bars and places to stock up with everything we needed. The only one, though, is that the connection to the wifi and phones was not the best. we had a wonderful time, we would stay here again.

Lugar Hermoso, highly recommended. Comfortable, warm and well equipped cabin with private patio and surrounded by snow! We will be back next year next year yes or yes

A unique experience!! The environment, the location and the apartment is impeccable. The best thing was to be able to access the forest, waterfalls and all of nature, from the same apartment without having to use the car. Max was always available to deliver info and recommendations. 100% recommended!!

Isabel was very kind and the house is beautiful, everything was very clean and tidy, in a very quiet environment. When we arrived the Bosca was on, so the temperature was very nice. On the other hand, the house has a full equipped kitchen, and is in a very quiet place, I loved it and I hope to come back without a doubt!

Excellent accommodation, toilet 10/10, when entering there is a rich smell as well as the linen, very comfortable mattress, everything you need. Full recommended.

All good, I suggest placing rail and handrails on the staircase to the second floor , with small children is dangerous . Everything else is fine, the heating is very good.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. I wish I could have stayed longer in this cabin. Also, Benjamín is a great host.

The accommodation proposed by Paci was an excellent option to enjoy Las Trancas / Nevados de Chillán. The house is located in a very quiet sector of Las Trancas, accessible by car from the main road. The case is surrounded by trees and has ample terrain. The interior is perfect to feel at home. We were 2 families of 4 and the space offered by the house is enough to feel comfortable. We really liked the main room and the terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the forest. Paci was very responsive during our stay. Communication with her was very smooth. 100% recommended !

The cabin is amazing, beautiful and well equipped. We touched that it was all snowy and it was incredible. Communication with Macarena and Francisco was very good, very friendly and willing to answer questions. Totally recommended! We will try to come back.

We have stayed in Las Trancas several times over the years and this is by far the best "American" style place we have ever stayed! The WiFi was great at 100 mbps and reliable, a hot shower all the time, a pellet stove (no need to light a fire everyday), central heating, an oven that works, cable TV and a comfortable mattress. A hot tub that is lit every afternoon so it's hot after a day of skiing was perfect! The house is very spacious and has a large outdoor deck. There is even a TV with cable in the master bedroom. Emiliano was very responsive if you got in to the house the first night. We didn't need to contact him for anything as everything was great! There is a small grocery store right down the road if you need any groceries and was pretty well stocked for most items and prices weren't too high. We will be staying here next year when we come for our annual trip to ski in Chile! Gracias! Don't leave any food or coolers on the deck unattended, a dog stole ours, we did find it! Ja!

The comfortable rooms, with a bathroom each piece that was the best when one goes in large groups, the house is always heated. The recommendation is that in the common area that is to say in the living room, to have a large TV since one gathers in that sector and shares and the armchairs improve and make them more comfortable since they were wicker which was hard.
