The location was great...quiet and within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood had lots of options for food...grocery stores and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, light, and very clean. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Communication with Rosana was very easy and transparent from the start. Very good quick and available host, provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of the experience. The apartment is very cudio and with all comfort, warm environment and with beautiful views of the village. We felt very comfortable, I recommend it for romantic getaways and in which to disconnect and relax.

Joanna and her local team (also Joanna) were always super responsive. She accommodated our need to check in early to drop off luggage so we could catch a train to Valladolid. It took a long time for baggage claim at the airport so we ran behind schedule, but local Joanna was patient and kept in touch and helped get us situated. The accommodations itself was quite fine, lots of storage and nice deck. There is a very popular club right next to the apt bldg so it got a little noisy for the folks using the living room sofa bed as people congregate on the street until the wee hours of the morning.

This was my second visit to Almudena’s flat and it really feels like a home away from home, the perfect place to stay for a visit to Madrid. The flat is immaculately clean, has great character and is very well-located, easy walking distance to the main street without being noisy and with lots of lovely eateries around (Gato Gato is a treasure!). Almudena really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Thank you again!

The accommodation is as described and seen in the photos, with everything you need. It was a great help to have the garage as there were no places on the street to park. A touch of the magdalenas and having coffee. Around there are several parks with swings and a dog park.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

The place is wonderful, thanks to him and the availability of Andrés my wedding was more unforgettable still due to how happy my family was in this beautiful chalet.

Jaime's apartment was very comfortable for us to celebrate the old night with family and children. There is a room with a lot of toys that makes it easy for you to entertain the little ones in the house. A few meters from the center of Navacerrada and a supermarket. communication with jaime was prompt and effective.

Perfect location, quiet area and with bus nº 20 in front of the door and a nearby metro stop. We had already been there 2 years ago and we liked it so much that this time we repeated. Good development, Friendly host, pending and unabashed. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The access and departure, arriving by car to the M30, superfacil. Totally recommendable.

Nieves is an excellent host, super attentive, her apartment is in a very comfortable place, a few blocks from Parque del Retiro, with many supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent location, highly recommended

The air bnb was very cute with a lot of light. It was super clean and spacious. Jose was very responsive and understanding when I ran late for check-in. Overall a great experience!

Stay very nice in Madrid Very well connected area, with quite a few services(supermarket , reataurantes, pharmacy, metro...). It has paid parking in the same building. Very comfortable in the apartment, it has everything we need. Highlight the comfort of the bed and the sofa bed, as well as the good heating. Carlos is a very good host,very attentive to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will certainly repeat if we return to Madrid.

Good morning. 1. We had some initial issues of understanding to specific issues that we raised, although the subsequent reaction was excellent. Everything was fixed and it was a great stay. 2. Special attention of the owner (Iñigo) and the guardians (Angel and Said) of the estate who were at all times at our disposal. Very polite and caring treatment and huge predisposition. The estate is beautiful and the attention is excellent.
