We’ve stayed at a couple of Fernando’s town homes and they’ve been very comfortable and clean. We especially appreciate the fact that our small dogs can be left outside without the worry of them leaving the yard. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. It has been well worth the stay.

Cynthia and partner are the cherry on top, the sweetest people ever! This pair & their property will be one of the best experiences you’ll have in the world of travel rentals. Incredibly quiet and private location. Beautiful accommodations curated by Artist Cynthia with meticulous attention given to every detail and luxurious comfort. We lingered over coffee and a fabulous breakfast tray in the sitting area of our room, watching birds and taking in the unlimited high desert view beyond, where we later hiked. We plan to return as soon as possible and often! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a very comfortable space with lovely Southwest decor and furnishings. Would highly recommend for a centrally located Las Cruces base for 1 - 2. Faith even provided a small loaf of homemade cheese bread; such a sweet touch. Don’t hesitate to book this spot if it’s available.

Very comfortable space and one I'd be happy to go back to if I visit the area again. I was there for the Bataan March and also hoped to visit the 2 NP's in NM and the location, and price fit my needs. I'm glad I did choose this place since Richard & Angelina have set this up really nicely with lots of touches which make it so much easier as a traveler - they had things like ear plugs, bath robes, additional blankets, slippers, not to forget bottles of water, a Keurig machine with multiple choices of coffee & tea (and creamer to boot), and local recommendations for sights, food & drinks. I didn't feel the need to use most of it, but it was very thoughtful. Space was nice and I couldn't have asked for anything else from a bed and shower perspective. Keyless entry and provides flexibility with late check-in, which worked well for me. Last, but not the least, Richard is very prompt in his communication and all of this made for a very comfortable & smooth visit. Happy to go back!

I loved the space they created. It was a county chic decor. It was functional, very clean. Easy to find and a great location. It was a 50 min drive from elpaso airport. 8 min to university and many wonderful restaurants and bars. Will book to stay here again.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here with our agility dogs. Appreciated that the place was as described. And that Brady was quick to respond to text message questions. Home is very nicely furnished and both bathrooms had top quality towels. Home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to grocery store and restaurants. We look forward to a return visit. Christine was an amazing host! She was incredibly communicative and thoughtful. As far as the actual Airbnb, it was in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was located very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I’d highly recommend staying with Christine if you’re planning a trip to Las Cruces!

Free breakfast? What more could you ask! Probably the best-stocked Air BnB I've ever stayed in. Padma was super responsive and friendly. Central location and good A/C! Definitely recommend!

I stay at Liz's everytime I swim in the Senior Olympics. It's close to the pool. It has a nice view of the valley.

Clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked 2-bedroom house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As we got in late at night, we really appreciated having some food left for us in the refrigerator for breakfast. I also want to highlight that, for tea drinkers, there is a kettle on the stove to boil water.
