The environment of the place is excellent as the property is located in a very quiet, gated condominium. The house is very nice and excellently cared for. In addition, it has all the necessary amenities to relax, relax and enjoy as a family. The pool, overlooking the lake, is wonderful and gives a beautiful view of the sunset. On the other hand, Pau is an excellent host, extremely friendly and always worried and willing to answer any questions very quickly. We will definitely be back sometime!! 100% recommended!

100% Recommended as an escape and to spend some quiet days with the family. The pool water was tempered which made the pool perfect for enjoying it all day :)

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.
