The residence is very pleasant, quiet and well maintained. The accommodation on the 1st floor on the pool side is a renovated apartment in very good condition ,really functional ,secure and CLEAN with a dreamy terrace. The outside with the large pool is neat and the children will love; my daughter and I will keep very fond memories of both Ciboure and the residence.

The apartment is strategically placed beside la Concha beach and lies at a ten minute walk from the old town. In the opposite direction are a wide variety of shops and cafes to enjoy a browse or a bite to eat. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a television/books for your entertainment. The beds are comfortable and wardrobe space is plentiful in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal with plenty of cutlery/crockery and a spacious fridge. Two bathrooms with showers ensured a n extra level of comfort. Luis was always available for advice and recommendations for the holiday. We had a very enjoyable time.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation in a very good location with magnificent views

Absolutely delicious stay with family, with young children. Denise and her daughter welcomed us warmly. This site is a small, flowery, tranquil and unspoiled gem, thanks to Denise's vigilance. The cottage is relatively close to all the remarkable Basque sites, and allows you to stay quietly with small ones who need space, calm, and a beautiful pool to splash. Thank you for our friendly exchanges, and I will see you soon. We will come back and recommend the place.

Good place to stay for a great price

Beautiful place and matches photos. Quiet and peaceful location, ideal if you have a bike. Everything is accessible at 10min max. Benjamin was very responsive to our requests. I recommend +++++++

Lovely apartment. Lovely location. Very professional and easy to use service.

The apartment is enormous and very well kept. There was plenty of space for our family of 4, with an especially large and well equipped kitchen, and more than enough room to keep out of each other’s way when we needed to. It’s blocks from the beach and a quick easy walk to the older part of town with tons of restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet but not boring. The parking spot is a definite plus. Karmen was super flexible, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Small single-story house ideal for a family stay. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and a very nice terrace. The air conditioning and fans are very nice in hot weather. Less than 10 minutes drive from Labenne Beach. All amenities within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). Thank you to Stéphane and his wife for hosting us. We recommend it.
