Condo vacation rentals in Larkin

The stay is fine. However do note that it appears there was a rage tenant some time ago, who left the premises after leaving some minor damage to the chattels and fixtures. For example The kitchen knife is extremely dirty and broken as if it was used to hit hard objects. The cooking stove don’t look usable. The fixed safety electrical plug in the bathroom has been forcefully detached. The mail box has been destroyed by some hammering tool. But the property is still usable, clean and well maintained despite the damages. There is also a 24/7 Malay restaurant and convenience store upon exiting the property

Bernessa was a fantastic host. From the time of booking to check out, she was very proactive in reaching out, very prompt in replies and gave very clear instructions on how to check in. Although her apartment was a little pricier than other listings in the same condo, we felt her service and what she provided in the apartment made up for it. She offered us early check in and late check out which we appreciated it. The apartment was clean and she provided drinks and even had 2 umbrellas which would come in handy when it rains. The beds were comfortable and she provided 2 pillows per guest. We had a good rest each night. I highly recommend her apartment. I would highly recommend her apartment

Fantastic place! It is so clean and spacious. We are a group of 3 adults, 3 kids and a baby. The bigger kids use the sofa bed in front of the TV. The view of the Legoland is a bonus.

Host was responsive to questions. Some improvements required to make place better which host feedback they will work towards. if u want a luxurious place, then then this is not for u. but for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place for 4-5 persons, it is good enough. read the instructions carefully on how to check in and it is not difficult. we did not use the facilities. we walked to taman sentosa (about 10 min if u can cross the big road behind illegally) for food (cafes, retail, coffee shops). below the apt is a coffeeshop n a cafe but we did not go there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The space was thoughtfully designed with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the host’s clear and detailed instructions. We had no trouble accessing the apartment, and the check-out guidelines were simple and well-organized. The host was incredibly supportive and responsive, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful local recommendations. The only minor drawback was that the building (12A) is located deep inside the complex, so getting to the apartment required a bit of a walk from the main gate, including passing through the parking basement. However, this wasn’t a major issue, just something to keep in mind for future guests. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

Really nice and cosy place. The decor was cute and funny. Host is responsive and helpful. Location is great, near to lots of eatery and shopping.

3 sisters used this condo. Each of us could have a bedroom. We were not busy because there were 2 washrooms Location was good too. Super market and nice restaurants were at the same building. Our stay was cozy since the guards kept us from entrance of any stranger. It was a good choice. We were all satisfied staying there.

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

The place is very nice and comfortable. However a bit scary because the whole floor is unoccupied and we were the only ones staying there. But, nothing happen and we happily stay there.

My friends and I had a great stay here! It did get a little noisy from the cars but the ear plugs provided really helped The house was clean and many facilities in the building

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

Host was very responsive to any issues we had, and sent help really quick too! The building was a bit rundown on the outside, but the rooms looked exactly as the photos.

Great place. Easy checkin and lots to do around the location. Best of all is the place is so close to 2nd link to Singapore.

The place is clean with nice view, spacious living room. Only the kitchen floor is a bit dusty and it will be good if microwave is provided.
