Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a renaissance town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area.

Such a lovely place to stay and very welcoming hosts. Lovely relaxing village in the hills with lots to do near by such as lake diving, walking and cycling ext, lots of nice restaurants nearby also. English speakers will not have a problem here and it was easy to get by. Plenty of parking in the nearby square

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni alla casa senatore, ci ha accolto Jessica, la cognata di Simona, gentilissima e disponibile. la stanza molto confortevole , e tranquilla. La casa si trova nella parte vecchia del paese, sì lascia l'auto in piazza e si prosegue a piedi. facilmente raggiungibile. Capestrano è un paese molto piacevole, punto ideale per escursioni nei dintorni. consiglio assolutamente

I spent four weeks in Enrico and Giuliana's wonderful house and felt very comfortable there. The room was cosy and well equipped, the small kitchen has everything you need (although I was also allowed to use the larger kitchen on the ground floor). The hosts are very helpful, friendly and great people who make you feel at home. I can recommend the accommodation without reservation. Thank you very much for the great stay, I would love to come back!
