Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

What a privilege to stay in such a complete and beautiful house. Everything was available, everything was clean and all rooms were tastefully decorated. In addition, the house is in a place that is a great starting point for visiting very beautiful tourist places. We are now in the car on our way home and would like to return in a heartbeat; back to this house.

We had a pleasant stay in this warm accommodation, ideally located. Alexandra was very responsive by message, which is very nice. It really felt like it was at home. Very well equipped accommodation, and very easy parking with parking space. A real plus for the sauna! We recommend this accommodation for a perfect stay close to Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel!

We had a very pleasant weekend with the family. It's a perfect home where you feel good, well-decorated, soothing atmosphere. Our young people and we even found the walks (countryside, Canal d 'Evran, Dinan), the adequate hot tub and foosball to have a good time with the family during this fall period. Very nice stay. The house was very clean, spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. It also has a completely enclosed outdoor garden where our dog could run a bit. Freddy was very helpful at all times, worrying about if we were comfortable and giving us recommendations for places to visit close to the house. To visit the Monte St Michel, the location of the house is perfect because it is only 4km away. We will definitely repeat in this home if we come back in this area.

Dear guests, This country estate within minutes of old St. Malo, Dinard, and vicinity, and an easy escape to Mon St. Michel, is perfect for your stay near everything. Fully equipped, relaxing, charming, and very close-in, Fabienne's place has it all. We stayed three nights and loved this retreat at the end of each day, and also for a short siesta, or lunch in between, or even to lounge for hours surrounded by nature. So close and yet so tranquil ! This is the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. The house would be a great place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended! Don

Very simple accommodation near St Malo dinard I recommend it without worries

We stayed in the small house for 12 days and felt very comfortable. The location is great for visiting the sights nearby. But also to take nice beach walks with the dog. The house is well-equipped and cozily furnished, also absolutely quiet. A bit of greenery around the house would be nice... Tiphaine was always available and took good care of it. We can only recommend the place!

Very nice holiday home for a family with kids. Sleeping arrangements were great and so were the amenities. 2 beautiful well laid out terraces, the exteriors are a real plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is superb 15min from Dinard, St Cast etc so we recommend this place

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

Superb house, functional and very well-equipped. Large enough for a group of 12 people. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. A large terrace much appreciated for sunny meals. Close to the beaches in a private, quiet and peaceful estate with sea view. It feels good to feel at home and our only desire is to return.

Great stay at Dominique and Stephane's house. Stephane who we met is very friendly and friendly, he gave us the main places to visit. The house is very clean, well-equipped and very well renovated, it is very pleasant to stay in. The environment is quiet and easy to get to. We recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is fully furnished and very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and well cared for. The bed was lovely and despite my asthma, I was not bothered by anything! there are 2 master bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, really superior. Qe have made nice use of the available bikes. You can walk beautifully on the path along the coast and what nice beaches in the coves. We stayed there for 3 nights, and swam on 3 different beaches. Highly recommended!!

Very welcoming house, well equipped both in terms of bedding and bathroom (balneo shower) and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle,...). Modern and clean interior. Hosts very responsive in their messages and friendly exchanges for check-in and check-out. A very attractive price and a location that suited us for a weekend on the coast. I would highly recommend it!
