Dear Stefania, spending the holiday in your place is like being at home. Your house is clean and very lovingly furnished. Your advice as well as the tips for worthwhile restaurants, shopping markets and beaches nearby were very helpful! The surroundings, the beaches and especially the beautiful view from the terrace have led us to fall in love with the island. We thank you for always assisting and assisting us with any questions. Perfect for our group of 9 , we could walk to the beach, and there were fabulous restaurants a short drive away. With 2 large terraces plus a rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time outside. The laundry room and 4 th bathroom (3/4) were really handy.

Everything was great. Angela is a very kind person. We felt like at home. The apartment and the surrounding is very nice and quiet.

Michael was very friendly and always easy and quick to reach via the well-known messenger service. :-) The apartment is at the very end of the street, behind it begins the viticulture, so really pure nature and tranquility. The apartment was new and everything very clean! I loved it! Thanks, Michael!

Everything is perfect, María Teresa and Claudio are charming and always attentive to any need. The house is perfect and has everything we need and more. Close to the beaches and services such as supermarkets, pharmacy etc. In short, we would repeat in this listing without any hesitation.

Absolutely loved Gisa’s place - very tranquil and peaceful stay the entire time. We recovered well from jet lag here as her place is very quiet. The place had everything we needed and Gisa was helpful with anything we asked her. We are climbers and staying in Santa Maria was definitely the move, by the ocean and quick drives to all the crags!

The accommodation is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers a lot of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). Around it are many other cottages, but there was almost nothing going on in October. However, another settlement is being built not far, so we had construction noise on a few days. Of course, this will change when the work is done. Since we traveled a lot, or were on the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest also rather small supermarket is 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Grazie!

I was a bit unsure what to expect as the pictures just dont do it justice. The apartment looks fantastisc, is spaceous and it has that authentic mediterranean feel to it. 10/10 the apartment and the location within the city. Giovanni was also incredibly kind and understanding, always answering very fast to any question we might have. Great host. And the city is an authentic little sardinian village up at 500 meters on the cliffside of a mountain. It is beautiful to walk through it in the evening and the restaurants are open until 11 or 12. The pizza ia great and affordable. The best views in the world. And only 15 min drive to the beach. The only thing i would say is to rent a small car if you drive here, it will be easier to find parking😅

Most beautiful beaches I’ve seen in Sardinia. I definitely recommend the cea beach. Basilia is extremely friendly and very responsive host. She made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She made us her famous lasagna upon arrival which was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the lovely and very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment! The apartment is close to the beach, it's really only 3-4 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, restaurants, everything you need. The apartment is very quiet and on the street we always found a parking space for our car in September. Antonia was always available for us and super helpful with questions about the apartment. The apartment has a big new washing machine which was a big plus for us. The mattress was a bit too hard for us, but the tastes are different here. :) Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect for a stay in that part of Sardinia ! The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable, with a lovely terrasse to enjoy. Also convenient location with a supermarket and stores accessible within a 5 minutes walk, and a lot of parking spaces in the street. Really nice, thank you Silvio !

The house is located 20 minutes by car from the beginning (Golgo plateau) of the trails to go to the most beautiful coves in Sardinia (Mariolu, Goloritze,...). There are all the necessary circus 3 minutes walk from the house (supermarket, fantastic pastry shop,...). The house was as described. Everything was fine. Friendly host who responds quickly. Great.

Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

This place was stunning. My husband and I celebrated out honeymoon and felt at peace at this airbnb. Thank you for making such a beautiful space!

We were really happy with Giovanni's property. we were greeted by his lovely mother who went out of her way to help us,.and nothing was too much trouble. Even when the washing machine broke, a replacement was there that same day. honestly so helpful

The place is very nice and nice. Very well equipped and perfect in every space including parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we were able to use little! Highly recommended

Very nice apartment on the heights of the village with beautiful sea views. The apartment is really welcoming (even better than in the photos), functional with all the necessary equipment and very clean. The terrace is a very nice space, especially in the morning. Access to the village can easily be done on foot. I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view. A big thank you to Riccardo who was a great host, always quick to reply and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area.
