This space is very peaceful and free. The swimming pool, yoga room, and living room design are beautiful. Especially the bedroom! Jen and Felix are very kind and have so good energy. Ten Ten, the cat that lives here, is very lovely :) we’re definitely come back this coming winter. see you soon !

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. A Hidden Diamond Place for a Special Occasions! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I truly recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as depicted in the photos—immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. We chose this stunning location for our wedding photos, and it was the perfect backdrop. The owner is truly wonderful; he was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to decorate the space with additional flowers, making it even more magical (look at the pictures!♡) The property features a lovely party area, which added to the charm of our celebration. The garden is absolutely breathtaking, providing a serene atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

We cannot say enough about how generous and kind Wat & Boom are. They did so much for us, including bringing us eggs, farm produce, and breakfast treats, spending hours teaching our teenagers to harvest and prepare sugarcane juice and fresh coconut, showing us around their farm, and taking one of us to the hospital after a (self-inflicted) injury. The farm is beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed this haven in nature as a travel break. We rode the provided bikes to the temple, village shops & restaurants, a cute coffee shop and around the area. We can also highly recommend the "Banthi Tour" with Mr P. (search on Tripadvisior) for a full day village experience about 15 minutes away. Staying at the farm feels a bit like glamping, with the downstairs patio, kitchen and 2 bathrooms open to the outside, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with fans and good mosquito protection. Wat & Boom, we would like to thank you for a magical experience!

We spent 12 unforgettable days on the farm with Naam and Nork and these were some of the warmest, most heartfelt and inspiring days of our entire journey. The farm is located in a picturesque place near Chiang Mai, as if in a fairy tale: mountains, sunrises, greenery, flowers, silence and harmony of nature. Our house was very cozy, clean and comfortable, with incredible views that were impossible to tear oneself away from. But the most important thing is the hosts themselves. Naam and Nork are magical people. Their warmth, kindness and care permeate everything they do. They cooked with us, took us to the local market, shared stories, culture, traditions. They even took us to Chiang Rai to see the famous White Temple - simply because they have a kind heart and a desire to share the beautiful. They took care of us to the smallest detail: if we got bitten by mosquitoes, they gave us natural balm. We highly recommend visiting this farm. You will feel everything yourself as soon as you get there and communicate with these beautiful, warm people.

Joe is a great host. We felt very looked after by everyone and the volunteers who helped. You can add lots of activities to your stay. We went on the hike through farms and jungle and had jungle lunch cooked on the fire by Joe and the other guys. It was the highlight of the trip! The cooking lessons helped with bonding with everyone and felt nice to work together and then eat together. Lovely waterfall a short walk through the rice paddies is a nice place to bathe. Coco the dog and Lili the cat are also so sweet and love hanging out with the guests. The communal area is a nice place to read and talk. Thank you Joe for a fabulous time, we learned so much and loved staying with you. See you in England!

Suthep is a friendly, knowledgeable, and very likeable host. We enjoyed cooking meals together and talking about self-sustaining lifestyles. He chooses to model a way of living that other people can emulate, and I find it inspiring. He was very generous with his time and we shared some good experiences as he showed me the local markets and then took me to a nearby gym which wasn't on the map. I recommend Suthep's place if you want a peaceful setting where you can share meals and think about living a life of consciousness and humility.

Perfect. We came at the recommendation of a friend, whose uncle, cousin, and friends run the farm and cafe. The three of us were folded into the mix like we were family - cooking meals together, going out to the local market, clambering into the pickup truck to go out for roti every night. Our stay was exceptional, but I trust that everyone is met with the warm smiles, insistent generosity, and pristine landscape that we found at Suan Saek Saek. If you want to be in the Chiang Mai area, but off the crowded traveller circuit, this will meet all your needs and then some. And if you do stay in the city, at least come out to spend a day at the cafe and studio. It was a highlight of our time in Thailand and honestly was hard to leave <3

I chose this house during this trip and I am really satisfied! Lily was very enthusiastic and provided me with detailed check-in instructions in advance, which made me feel very considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the yard is large enough for meditation and yoga. There is a tree next to this house that is very sacred to the gods and we made our wishes here. Living here for a week felt like going home. Lily gave us the warmth of home. As soon as we entered the cabin, it felt very artistic. There were many Lily's art paintings inside which were very pleasing to the eye. We often talk together in the living room. Lily made us milkshakes, vegetable soup and multigrain porridge. We feel very comfortable and warm. This is our other home in Thailand. We will meet here again and will come here again. Thank you Lily again for meeting us!

This is a lovely room with a beautiful garden view and terrace in a quiet neighborhood outside of Chiang Mai city. We had a very comfortable month-long stay at the property, which, alongside several other nice amenities, offers a refreshing pool and an outdoor gym area at the guests disposal. The family that takes care of the property are sweet and helpful people that really made us feel like home. And if you're looking to rent a scooter, I highly recommend doing it from them. It is very convenient and they offer a great deal. All in all, we urge you to consider this place if you're looking for a relaxing stay in the area outside the hustle and bustle of the city, that offers great value for money!

My stay here was a truly exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations! Although it's a bit far from the station, the owner kindly provided transportation for both check-in and check-out. The traditional Lamphun-style house and the spacious garden are absolutely beautiful. My room was a private, comfortable space with its own shower and toilet. I was able to cook in the shared kitchen, and drinking water was readily available in the house. Bicycles were provided for exploring the local area, and sometimes the staff even took me to visit nearby attractions. Whenever I had a request, the local staff or the owner responded promptly and kindly. I've stayed at many places in Thailand, but the hospitality I experienced here was truly outstanding and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
