Townhome vacation rentals in Lam Luk Ka District

Stayed here for 3 months and overall very comfortable.The only issue was that there were too many mosquitoes, suggest bringing mosquito repellent supplies

Mums place was great. Stayed here my first two nights in Bangkok and was perfect.Clean,quiet and accessible. 3 minute walk to the subway and 5 minute walk to the river taxi. Would definitely come back next time I visit Bangkok.

Good place to stay

Perfectly located with ease of travel all over the city. House is super clean in a very clean, quiet, gated community. Would stay there every time I go to Bangkok for meetings.

I found this accommodation last minute and it has been a blessing to call this place home during my travels in Thailand.

Loved our room with the addorable cats coming to sleep with us ;)) Easy walk to the metro station and great local restaurant nearby.

Khun Jariyaporn was very responsive to our needs & made immediate changes to some of the defects spotted. Excellent host & nice property to stay in. Well recommended.

I lived at Uncle's inn for exactly two weeks and I almost felt that this became my homework in Bangkok. Every day Uncle prepared magnificent breakfast - too much that I told him to give me less hhhh. Also, Uncle is there for any question, so I never got lost. Air-con, tv, dvd player, iron, cooking machine, refrigerator included, and the whole floor was mine. Cat is too shy to touch you. So I think this place is perfect for backpacks who are looking for a feeling of authentic Thai living with certain privacy, but maybe not those who want shopping and luxury enjoyment.

The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is great for my business trip. Mim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Thanks Mitt huas crews for a wonderful trip! We will be back.

Really cool place nice quiet and really awesome host

Stayed in Piyasak’s place for a concert at Impact Exhibition Hall. It was super near, almost walkable, however, during my stay, the overpass was still under construction. I’m sure it’ll be much more accessible once it’s done. Still, there’s nothing to worry about. Booking rides were very easy and quick. Got to the venue in less than 5 minutes. The host allowed me to check in early which was very considerate and it was super easy. The house smelled good and was very spacious for 1-2 people. The village is quiet and peaceful with friendly guards. The location itself is pretty far from the city center and there are no train stations nearby but you can always book a Grab to go there. If your agenda is within the area, it’s perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a 7-Eleven and a grocery too! The aircon in the room is a little weak for those who prefer cool but it was just right for me. There is also a hairdryer and iron steamer provided. The best is the free bottled water!

Nice place and very sweet hostess

Choosing this property for our trip was the best decision we made . It’s a new property in a gated community. Check in and check out was very easy . Security at the gates are available 24/7. Totally safe and secure. Felt like staying in our very own house.Property looked exactly as shown in the photos .. Our care taker Mr. Supoj was very supportive and attended to all our queries at the earliest..He also made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay .. Helped us with taxi , food .. Alsp gave us suggestions on local tourist spot which was a must to see .. Would definitely recommend this property to my friends and cousins visiting Bangkok.. They even let us check out late as our flight was in the evening

This is a great place to stay if you want a quiet neighborhood near the BTS station. The host is very responsive and answers questions quickly. They strictly follow Airbnb rules, which I appreciate. Every room has air conditioning, even the bathrooms with tubs. There are entertainment options like books, board games, and a piano. We also used the washing machine, and the host offered a free foot spa at their salon, where the staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is near a university, so there are plenty of affordable food options. Some minor issues: there’s no kitchen sink upstairs, and hot water is only available in the two bathrooms. We lost water upstairs but didn’t report it since the downstairs bathroom was still usable. The front garden could be improved with some plants for better aesthetics.
