My Family and I really enjoyed the property!! We thought it was peaceful, fun, awesome, relaxing and beautiful!!! There was something for each age group to enjoy. Lots of family time and alone time. I enjoyed the completely stocked home and comfortable sleep. The hot tub and view of the stars were unforgettable!! Loved all of the helpful notes throughout the home!! We can’t wait to come back!! Our new home away from home!!

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful lake setting even for a rainy March weekend. Did get to enjoy fire on the 1 dry evening. Seating for meals was limited but outside table would help in warmer months. Also lower level bedrooms could be warmer. Loved the decor of old school local items.

Had an amazing quiet get away! Everyone in town was friendly and helpful! The cottage was clean, well stocked and had more than we could have imagined. Looking forward to a future stay when the weather is warmer! We had everything we needed and more to recharge our batteries.

WOW! This chalet was the absolute perfect place to stay for our family ski getaway. Dean was the best host with easy instructions and great communication. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The deck was the ideal spot to kick back in the sunshine after a fun day of spring skiing. Also, the town of Ellicottville is only minutes away, as well as Holimont and Holiday Valley ski areas. If you’re looking for a nice vacation spot for skiing, look no further. Their house is the spot.

Loved this place! Super cozy. Small but not cramped. Incredible view of the stars at night and enchanting views of fog rising off the lake in the morning. The location is very quiet but not at all out of the way. It’s obvious that a lot of care and attention to detail was put into making this little island a unique and memorable experience. My new bride and I especially enjoyed the hunt for painted rocks in the garden. And being able to take one as a keepsake (we chose the mushroom painted rock) was a great touch to remind us of that special time at the start of our lives together. Rodney was very friendly and responsive and even left us a personalized welcome letter and complimentary bottle of wine for the first night of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for a couple’s getaway!

This was a last minute booking when our winter cabin reservation had to cancel. It turned out great! Beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked log home that had everything we needed and more! Pond was skateable at edge and the hill next to the house was perfect for sledding. Our grandkids had a ball! Dianna quickly responded to all our inquiries and they even made it possible to get a campfire started . Thank you!
