Everything is very good, for low season, Alexander gave us a courtesy room and we were able to sleep in separate rooms. The location is very good for someone who arrives very early at the transport terminal and stays in Puno only one day.

It is a good place to stay. Jose is a great person. Let me check in from 6:30 am as came from Cusco. Also is very attentive and helpful with a lot of things, tours taxis. Room is clean and has a lake view. The terrace is nice you can see the stars and the y the lake. It is not very near to the plaza but is quite near to the harbour. Transportation is not expensive. Great value for money!

Beatriz was very kind and helpful to me from start to finish, both for check-in and on my way to the airport, she made sure I got to the airport safely. The room is very comfortable and clean, and it is very conveniently located to get to the airport, the main square and downtown restaurants quickly. I recommend staying with Beatriz!

Normal home, not expensive. The room itself needs a bit of renovation. But the hotel garden is very nice. The room also offers a beautiful view of the lake! The owner is very responsive, always willing to help and suggest something. There was not always hot water in the bathroom. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn't really like the dish we ordered because the soup was made of instant dust and the second course had very little meat. Breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation. But for breakfast they only serve fruit, tea, milk, bread and butter. Sometimes the eggs are not. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the center. We really liked the owner, he is a very responsive and friendly person. If they improved breakfast and quality of food everything would be great. The room itself is good. Thanks Jhonny, we liked it!

Very comfortable place with nice decor, clean and very safe, the perfect location to do various activities in Copacabana. Recommended.

A really lovely place to stay. Although we arrived early we were welcomed in and had all our questions answered. Gonzales was so kind helping us to find a taxi to the fumery towers. In the morning he got up super early to make us a delicious breakfast before we caught our bus and also packed us some fruit for our road trip. The hotel is very centrally located. I highly recommend it.
