Hotel vacation rentals in Lake Sevan

This is an entire apartment within a multi-story house. Accommodation is suitable for family or a group of friends. The apartment has two bathrooms and 3x toilet, which is suitable for a larger number of people. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. The bathrooms had free toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and slippers. We greatly appreciated the delicious breakfast, the cookbooks were constantly refilling the table. Breakfast can be eaten overlooking the city. Last but not least, we appreciate a great location in the center near the main square and the blue mosque. Parking is possible on the street in front of the hotel, but it is very full on weekdays in the morning, we recommend arranging parking in advance, the hotel has its own parking spaces.

House of writers at Sevan Lake is an architectural heritage from the first half of XXth century. It is an great example of bauhaus and constructivist type of architecture. Alone this is the reason to stay here. This house is located directly at Sevan Lake, which gives you unbelievable view directly from the balcony. Argam is making sure everything to grant you very warm welcome and comfortable time at his hotel. You should use opportunity and visit the café near the hotel. Food offered here is very delicious!

The hotel is clean and cozy. The room had everything you need for living during the week – a kettle, microwave, iron and a board for ironing. The hostess of the hotel Tatev and the employee Ike are very attentive, immediately responding to any request. Very convenient location for tourists traveling in Armenia by car. Convenient location for radial day trips. Convenient departure from the city by car in all directions (except Tbilisi). At the same time, it is convenient to get to the city center by metro (people who are not accustomed to the Caucasian aggressive driving style, I would recommend minimizing travel by car around the city).

The host is very communicative, very responsive, and the service is very attentive.Great location, very close to train, subway station, five minutes walk, convenient transportation, 2 subway stops to Republic Square, surrounded by market and supermarket, worth recommend.

Cozy nice apartment

Spacious clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast and great staff. Amazing pool and Sauna facilities. Taxi into center around 5 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel. Great facilities and great value for money.

Each apartment can sleep 5 guests, so we had lots of room. A small kitchen with kettle, water, gas burner (not easy to cook but can make coffee and boil eggs) and fridge supplied. Sun room dining table and other sitting area available. Large grounds to walk in and go to the beach and a km or so to the closest restaurant serving the best shwarmer. Karen and family welcomed us with coffee, sweets, cherries and conversation via translator app and their sons English. Many thanks for a lovely 3 days.

You get what you pay for! Overall it is great for the price. Check-in was easy and the location and free parking are nice to have.

We really enjoyed staying at Domino Hostel! Mohamed was incredibly friendly and kind to us, giving all helpful instructions and being available for all our questions. Thank you! The location is great, right at the city center and walkable from many great spots. The kitchen is equiped with all utilities and very easy to use. Our room was quite large (place for 4 p, with a private toilet and shower (separated). There was a bit of a bad smell from our toilet but nothing significant. In general, the vibes of the hostel are very pleasant and welcoming. We had a great sleep there and in general enjoyed our stay!
