Very clean and quiet. Great place to stay!

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

Beautiful home just as described, will book again when in the area. Radar is great host!

Home was nice and secluded. All amenities were accurate with tvs in all rooms is always a plus. A few minor details need to be addressed (no home is perfect) but nothing major. Overall a decent stay!!!

Went to FSU for my sons graduation and wanted to stay out of the hustle but close to the school. This was the perfect place with great restaurants nearby and close enough to the school.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday/long weekend with our daughter at FSU. It was a very convenient location to visit our daughter's apartment as well as grocery and other stores. The home had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was being able to bring our dog and for our daughter to be able to visit her furry friend. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around and play. We also enjoyed smores while sitting around the fire pit. It was a very comfortable place for our entire family to stay and we would definitely stay again.

House is as described in listing. Everything was clean and plenty of linens. Good selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Very peaceful and private, great after a days work. Instructions on access were clear and easy to follow. Had a couple of issues with appliances which can happen. Host was responsive and other issues didnt hamper things much at all.

Great place to stay for a weekend trip! Has many amenities and super close to the FSU campus. I would book again!

This was a wonderful gem to find. We stayed at hotel the 1st half of our visit, I would have preferred here for the whole stay. I was fortunate to meet Jim and he was very nice sat and chatted with us for a few. His home is quiet with a nice porch to sit out on. There are 2 friendly cats that come around. We left beverages for Jim or the next traveler because we were obviously not able to take on the plane.. The bathroom was a little small for me but Im use to bigger. We made it work :). For the Murphy bed I was a little skeptical, but I must say it was SOOO comfortable. Pleasantly surprised and very happy. I slept like a baby every night, sometimes really late, lol. Over all I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet peaceful spot central in Tallahassee. We will definitely book again on any future trips.

My family and I were there for 2 days to visit FAMU on a college tour for my daughter who is graduating this year and we wanted to visit the school and area to help her make a decision as to where she wants to attend college. Let me just be completely honest the area was not the best due to homeless and the complex not so clean but the apartment itself was the best. Kendra as a host is awesome. She communicates quickly and is very helpful. Her apartment was beautiful inside just as described. Everything was spotless I mean squeaky clean. We were nervous arriving due to the apartment complex itself but once u get inside the apartment it was comforting, clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were polite and helpful and there is plenty fast food, grocery stores, convenience store, ect around and it was only 10mins from FAMU & FSU. Her apartment was worth the stay and I would recommend booing with Kendra for sure. Thanks for having us.

I booked this last minute for my kid who is hiking the Florida Scenic Trail (it passes by close to here) and it was the perfect place for them to take a night off and sleep in a real bed, after a nice hot shower. Whitney was genuinely concerned about our hiker kid not having any, or enough, food and offered to grab them something on her way back in from town. She was very friendly and communication was excellent. check in was simple and easy too. Our hiker kid was very impressed with the unit and said the place was very well done and they would definitely stay there again if in the area. The property surroundings were very private and full of natural beauty.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property and enjoy being at Lake Ella. Can’t wait to return.

This place was great! It’s spacious and comfortable, and Claire and Kingsley are so friendly. We loved feeding the donkeys, too! We would definitely stay here again.

David bent over backwards to make the situation work out for my colleague. Her plane arrived early, it was raining and cold, she needed to get into the apartment early. David was in constant communication with the cleaners to get us in ASAP. It all worked out, thanks to David's attention to our circumstances.

Absolutely stunning! Everything looks just as picture. Would recommend for short or extended stays; families, friends, or couples travels. Gina was proactive with providing information and allowed us access to the place a little early. Which was helpful as we traveled 5+ hours. Only 2 cons I have is: *There is only 1 TV in the livingroom none in the rooms, so if you are traveling with family or group everyone has to watch the same thing. *Also it wasn't pictured that there are a few stairs to enter the home. So just be mindful if you have loved ones who are elderly or disabled. (Which we did have) These thing were not deal breakers so I would definitely rebook if in the area again!

Last minute trip. Joanna's place made for a perfect stay near campus. Clean, comfy, and pleasant. Great value and awesome host! Would stay again.

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

There were several things which stood out about Susan and her Airbnb. 1. She was easy to communicate with. I had a snafu with my scheduling but Susan understood and was very generous with accommodating me. 2. She pays attention to detail. Susan reached out a few days before my arrival to ask about my pet. My granddaughter has a small older dog which stayed with us. Susan made sure Assata had food and water bowls, poop bags, and puppy pads. 3. It was my granddaughters graduation. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, muffins, brownies, and a snack station with chips. This was appreciated since we had driven over 8 hours. 4. I pay attention to the quality of toilet paper used in bathrooms. Susan had Charmin and I loved it. She had wash clothes especially for makeup removal. Even though I use an oil to remove my makeup, it leaves residuals. The makeup towels were a nice touch. 5. This place is everything advertised and more. I would stay again. Thank you Susan

We truly enjoyed the stay. The place is clean, functional, and beautifully decorated. The appliances seemed new or upgraded. It is conveniently located, near FSU, the grocery store, the restaurants, etc. The host is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
