The place we stayed offered a very nice holiday for a family. The house is spacious, the amenities are very nice. The hot pool makes a difference. Since it is on a hill, we thought it would be okay to reach, there was no problem. Of course, in Sapanca, it can be foggy in the evening hours, then it will not be the right time to drive. The host took very good care of us, everything was complete, it was a nice holiday with my family that fully met our privacy requests, I would recommend it to everyone.

First of all, to mention the cleanliness of the house, it was the most perfect of the places we have stayed so far, it was sparkling clean. Everything we needed was fully available in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and bathrobes. The temperature of the pool water drops a little at night, but it still doesn't get cold. It was great that the BBQ area was closed and not affected by the wind from the rain. Very comfortable, with a spacious interior and exterior that is larger than the photos make it seem. Mr. Recep took care of us, he made us feel at home with his friendly, warm and quick, resolute approach. We plan to return. We also recommend to everyone.

It is a lovely place. The pool is large, and the bungalow is extremely clean and has everything that you need; the kitchen is fully equipped, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We had a great time staying there! the road is a little rough, but not too much

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

Perfect address for a weekend getaway. Mr. Yıldıray was very interested in us and answered everything we wanted positively and created the facilities. It would be better if the pool rating was a little higher, we just couldn't get the children into the pool, otherwise everything was perfect. We took advantage of all of them both as a fire pit and a garden TV. If you want to have a holiday as if you were in your own home, I would recommend this place. If you're a meticulous person, you'll love it here, it's really clean and beautiful

We came from Istanbul for a short weekend getaway and had a stay that exceeded our expectations. The house was as described in the listing and as it appeared in the photos; everything was complete and the cleanliness was quite successful. We also had no problems in terms of comfort; the house was always at ideal temperature thanks to the underfloor heating, air conditioners in the lounge and rooms. We used the hot pool and hot tub a lot. It was really great to enjoy the warm water in the evening cool, to be in such a private and cozy environment. We did not have any problems during our stay, but when there was a small natural gas shortage, we were able to reach Ms. Elif right away. He and his wife came and solved the problem within just an hour. Thank you so much for your hospitality and prompt support. It was a great experience, we would definitely love to come back!

A place that deserves 5 stars for everything. Even in the middle of the winter, the garden was very suitable for use and clean, and the moment you enter the house, you get hot right away because it's warm. I also have to say that we did not leave the pool with my family, the 24-hour hot pool was very enjoyable. The house, including the outdoor hot tub, was sparkling and the kitchen was more than enough. The beds are comfortable and the interior design is excellent. The double fireplace is wonderfully thought out, you can warm up by the fireplace even when you're out. We enjoyed it a lot with my family and we were very satisfied with Ms. Sevde's hospitality. We will definitely be back again.
