Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Rosseau

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

Great communication with our questions. Helped us with parking passes to arrowhead. Very clean place. Cozy. Loved the olive tree decor that I ordered one for myself in my home. We didn’t get to use the snow shoes but loved how there was an option to borrow them! We really loved how close in proximity it was to all the restaurants. We enjoyed our little winter getaway and hope to be booking another stay here in the summer!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Daves place is definitely a gem in collingwood. Perfect for those visiting blue mountain. The Airbnb is comfortable, clean and well stocked . Dave is super friendly and very responsive, an ideal host. 10/10 experience will be coming back here for sure.

What a nice winter escape this was! Natalie has really gone above and beyond as a host! Everything is exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to bring your own food supplies and cook. The unit was very clean and tidy. I loved the set up and decor of this unit, all very modern and luxe. The hosts went above and beyond in many aspects, including the Netflix and tennis racket options. Natalie had all our questions answered through the guest book but was responsive if needed. We will definitely be back!

The place was very cozy and great for my wife and I. A short walk to the northern chair lift as described, although, the run and chairlift the chalet is on does not have lighting and is closed for night skiing, so you cannot use the lift or get back to chalet after a certain time (unless you ignore the trail closed sign and ski in the dark to the chalet entrance like us!). All in all a great stay for us and would recommend!

We had a great stay here! Helen was so accommodating and was able to host us so last minute after another location cancelled on us the day of! We really enjoyed playing the large selection of board games that were available there and the kids loved the bunk beds! Very clean

Great place to stay during the summer. 5 mins walk to Wasaga beach. Our host, Dennis, was very responsive and helpful and even got us an extra heater since we visited during fall and the weather was a little chilly. They also helped out and unlocked the doors when we locked ourselves outside. Overall, good place to relax with family and friends near Wasaga Beach though would recommend visiting in summer as there's more to do during that season.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

great place but super in the forest so be aware of Uber wait times late at night if you need to go anywhere, if you don't have a vehicle

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

We had wonderful weekend staying at Tery & Sara’s Tiny Beach Blue House. The cottage was clean with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Georgian Bay (Tiny, ON).

We enjoyed a perfect long weekend at Vanya & Peter’s stunning cottage. The property is better than the photos & was the perfect oasis for a snowy getaway from the city. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bedrooms are all cozy & comfy, and everything was spotless. Peter & Vanya themselves were wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome from the outset & communicative during our stay - they were even kind enough to clear the driveway of snow for us. We look forward to returning again next time!

We had a great stay! The place was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home, and communication with the host was excellent! Everything was easy to find. There was an awful snow storm over the weekend that we stayed, but the place was so cozy and clean, we were happy to stay in and binge watch some Netflix :) I can’t recommend Jennifer Nicole’s place enough!

Myself and my kids stayed here for a short staycation to go snowboarding at the local ski club. Phil’s condo was less than 500m from the slopes making it easy to get and from. The condo was clean and very well equip. Phil was very responsive. Would highly recommend Phil’s place if you plan to ski or snowboard in the winter or enjoy the lake in the summer

Kevin was a responsive and friendly host, and his place is clean and comfortable and very close to Friday Harbour. We loved the balcony for breakfast and coffee, and the condo itself was full of friendly folks. We can't wait to go back sometime!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

Apartment was even beyond our expectations. It was the most amazing place we have ever rented on New Year holidays. There were 6 people and the place was big and comfortable enough for everybody. Moreover, the apartment was extremely clean and had everything in it to live for short or long terms without any issues. The apartment is located in Friday Harbour which is the perfect place to live in. There are lots of shops, restaurants, a beautiful marina, pool , beach club nearby. We also went for skiing to Horseshoe resort, which took us approx 30 minutes to get there. Shai is a wonderful host, he was in touch during the entire period of our stay in his apartment. He left us a bottle of wine and chocolates as a present, it was so cute. Thank you so much for your attention and care. We will definitely rent your apartment again.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
