A quiet neighborhood close to the mountains and ski resorts located in the Cottonwood Canyons. The space was well maintained and had plenty of room for us three guests. Susan was beyond friendly through our entire stay and made it feel like home for us. I would recommend this place for your next mountain adventure!

Dean's house is amazing -- newly built and perfect for any trip to Draper and the Little Cottonwood Canyon. The living spaces exceeded expectations and Dean was super responsive to any issues that we had. So much space for gatherings both indoor & outdoor!

This is one of our best Airbnb stays. The townhouse was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated the small touches like abundant towels and fresh kitchen sponges. Very well located— close to the slopes and SLC restaurants.

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

The location is phenomenal! Easy to find, easy check in, right off a main road but situated back in a quaint and very quiet neighborhood. Many great options for restaurants and things to do within 5-15min. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has tons of spices, coffee/tea, everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. TWO washer and dryers! Extremely comfortable beds/bedding, great showers/water pressure, comfortable furniture. It is truly set up for guests to just show up and relax. The amenities were a delight. The yard and game room were great for the kids to play, plenty of space for the adults to chat in the large livingroom. Our group of 6 enjoyed the sunrise views from the hot tub every morning. The hot tub is very well maintained! Justin is a gem of a host. Easy to get a hold of, extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We could tell right away why he's a 5 star host; very well-desereved!

I had a great stay in SLC at this apt. I was in town for work and the space was exactly what I needed for the week, I will plan to stay here in the future for use of amenities and cleanliness and how close it was to everything I needed in downtown salt lake. Property manager was extremely responsive and provided clear great instructions for access and use. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved staying here. Hot tub was fun for the kids. There were plenty of beds and extra mattresses, bedding etc. Kitchen was stocked well. I liked being able to park in the garage. Playground and trampoline were also fun. They had games and a Nintendo switch and two very large, nice tv’s. There was lots of seating in the kitchen and room to cook. Pretty house. The only thing that could have made it better was to have the yard fully fenced.
