Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake of Tunis

Stayed here for several months and I can’t say enough good things!! This is a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Definitely recommend to stay here if you want a more local neighborhood with lower food prices than Carthage and Marsa. There are great transport links because the neighborhood is roughly between Tunis, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said! The host is very friendly and was always helpful and prompt in our communication. 5/5.

Not only is Nadine and Arnaud's villa in a Marsa neighborhood, very quiet that offers many possibilities ( the city center of La Marsa as well as the beach are quickly accessible) . The merchants and restaurants in the area are very kind and offer everything you need. But above all Nadine and Arnaud are absolutely charming people, who go to great lengths to make their host feel at home quickly and have a pleasant stay . Their 3 children bring a lot of life and joy into the house while remaining very respectful and polite . To summarize my 3-week stay passed like a lightning bolt and I can only recommend Nadine and Arnaud's bed and breakfast for anyone spending a stay in Tunis. Beautiful new and clean apartment on the ground floor in an ideal location for visiting the attractions of Tunis or for medical visits. Very welcoming and accommodating host. I would definitely recommend.

Very good stay, Youssef was responsive and welcoming. We were great. In addition, the neighborhood is quite family-friendly, we took advantage of the nearby restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay at Sana's place the apartment was very convenient and clean, and it is only a walking distance to where I wanted to go. The communication with Sana where very easy and smooth.

My friends and I needed a place to rest before we took the overnight ferry. Khalil was super responsive to our last minute booking and very proactive with communicating to make sure we found the place and had everything we needed. We also met his mother who was very kind! The flat was an easy walk to the beach and the port and a quick taxi to Sidi Bou Said. It was exactly what we needed!

Mohamed and Sana are Superhosts , responsive, friendly and they have a very easy check in and check out system. The place is clean , close to many restaurants coffee shops , dry cleaners, and grocery stores. The placement is excellent , close to La Marsa area and also super close to the airport and many attractions. I loved the place and I totally recommend it
