I had the pleasure of staying at Sandeep's place and it was wonderful. The space was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Sandeep was incredibly communicative, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What a joy it was to relax and unwind in this beautiful little sanctuary. Dawn was so welcoming and kind. I felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and warm. Everything was clean. It was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed mornings on her gorgeous balcony sipping coffee, reading and enjoying the incredible view. Also great for stargazing in the evening. A short and scenic drive from town or the lake. I will definitely come back again!

I am a traveling contract worker, and I was so grateful to find a place to stay which felt as cozy and welcoming as home. Rena is a lovely woman with interesting stories and a beautiful home. She is generous with her humor and knowledge of the area. I enjoyed the pond, bird watching, a charming private wing of the home with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower after work. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m in the area.

My children love the game room and enjoyed some game sets provided by the host. There is campground nearby. I think this definitely a hot spot during summer. We stayed during thanksgiving weekdays and the small town is quiet. The host is very nice and replied messages quickly and he even helped to bring my favorite chef knife to me when we found that I left it in the house. We had good family time. Beautiful home perfect location

We had such a lovely stay! Location was great / only a quick walk away from Downtown Sacramento. The rooms were spacious and clean - the living room was great for hanging out - the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved that shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided - also really appreciated the coffee machine and selection of k-cups. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area! We had a wonderful time at Allison and Bob’s place. So clean and beautiful. Took a lovely, peaceful walk down to the lake through the neighborhood. Went to dinner in nearby Grass Valley and explored NV City. Would recommend staying here. Thank you Allison and Bob :)

I booked Alejandro's home for a healers collective retreat. It was peaceful, beautiful, spacious, well organized and generously stocked with just enough to feel right at home and abundant, and all around a really sweet very well priced place. The lake is a short and beautiful walk from the house and is also gorgeous. I highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay! Home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, quiet neighborhood and walkable to Historic Folsom, restaurants, and running/biking trails. We did have a package go missing from the front porch, but Meghan was accommodating with other options and we had no other issues during our couple months stay. Backyard was great for our pups. Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing place to stay. The house is clean, cozy, and very well stocked. I thoroughly appreciated that everything in the kitchen was detailed on the listing so we could pack for food preparation accordingly. We love to cook and it was so nice having a space with a stocked kitchen. The hosts did a great job of anticipating every need and providing it in written form or physical form in the house. We comfortably slept 8 adults and had plenty of space for our crafting and activities. If you're looking for a big house in the woods with everything you need, this is it!

This was the perfect place for us! Central location made it easy for us to see family and friends all over the Sacramento area. The home is beautiful! I loved all of the designer touches.

Finding location was difficult at first, but the space was pristine and private. It was incredibly cozy and romantic with my partner over the holiday weekend, matched exactly as the listing and was overall very much worth the visit for the stay alone. Highly recommend if looking for somewhere to sit back and relax.

I would go back to Folsom just to stay in her home again. The space felt like home immediately. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the kitchen, living and bedrooms was perfect and it was clean and close to walking downtown Folsom. In addition to the space, Allison was one of the most responsive, accommodating, and supportive hosts I have ever worked with. It made for such a relaxed and comfortable trip. I would highly recommend both the space and this owner.

This house was simply perfect for our mom's weekend. Plenty of places to hang out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, great guest book with lots of suggestions for local restaurants and things to do, the kitchen was very-well equipment, beds were super comfy and we loved the hot tub for late night chit chats!!

We stayed at Mark’s place while we visited family in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a convenient walk into town where the wife enjoyed shopping in the cute little stores and the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. The house was a perfect size for the two of us. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms it would be good for four people although there would be a seating issue in the living room since there is there is only a couch. We didn’t do much cooking, basically just breakfast, but there is a brand new gas stove, large refrigerator and all the things you would need to cook. There is a small deck in the back with a couple of chairs and small bbq grill. Again, if there are more than two people staying, seating is limited outside. There is however a nice size dining room table with seating for six just inside the door wall. There are a couple chairs on the front porch facing a cute little front yard. We will definitely be returning.

Best ever cast iron wood-burning stove, so easy to use. Hot tub was very clean. Nice dark bedrooms. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. Lots of natural light in the house. Very peaceful secluded. Nine minutes to Nevada City. Gorgeous fall foliage, nice landscaping. Vincent gave us a detailed tour, coached us on how to start a fire, brought in extra wood, very friendly, gave us our privacy.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We were a group coming for the CIM marathon and the location was perfect! Five minute drive to Trader Joe’s and sprouts, three minute walk into town, and easy drive to the busses in the morning before the race. The place was extremely comfortable and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Very clean and well stocked. And Lisa was so kind and got us pre race snacks and hydration. If we do CIM again we will certainly be staying here!
