Great place and perfect experience

Had a great stay during a long weekend with my girlfriend. The place was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the public access point was great for people watching. Met the owners and they were very friendly too.

This place is amazing. We had tons of space, were comfortable and felt right at home. Taylor's communication was exceptional throughout.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at Reghan’s place. It was cozy, spotless and well situated (10-12 minutes to arrowhead; 2-4 minutes to downtown). Tea, coffee and chocolate waited upon arrival. The soft blankets and electric fireplace kept us warm while we were relaxing playing board games (she has lots) and watching tv. Reghan was quick to respond, shared a bunch of recommendations, let us to check in a bit earlier and sent over the plow crew after the storm while we were out snowshoeing. Her place is pet friendly so you might find a hair or two on your clothes as those are hard to get every last one of, luckily we're not allergic.

Booked this place for a cottage trip and we had the best time ever there! Amanda was super accommodating to our needs and the house was in great condition!

We had an amazing weekend at this cottage! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area was beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a winter getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Sitting in the warm water while surrounded by snowy trees was such a great experience. It made the whole trip feel extra special. Stephanie was a great host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a perfect winter escape, I’d definitely recommend this place. We’d love to come back!

We had a great time. Sir Sam’s ski hill nearby. Hot tub was great for those days when ski hill was not an option. There is fast internet at the cottage. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We went for our anniversary right after the heavy heavy snowfall they got with snow banks being over 6ft tall. With that they pivoted amazing the driveway and walkways were well kept and Salted. Check in was very easy and straightforward. It was such a nice cottage vibe and exceeded our expectations! The kind welcome basket, welcome sign with our named and freshly baked goods were truly such a cute surprise that made us want to come back in the summer! My boyfriend even forgot something in the wardrobe and they were very kind and understanding when we had to go back after checkout to retrieve the item. Although the kings den is below the main house we rarely heard anything from any other guests or the hosts. 10/10 would come again and recommend!

I think Mary is one of the, or even the, best host we ever had on AirBnB. She and her husband Garry took the time to answer all our questions, come up with recommendations, and even lend us gear to be prepared for the snow. Their place was cosy and spacious, with all the needed amenities present. Their place was so clean, it made the stay without any stress. The included breakfast was very delicious and ensured us to be able to start the day well fed. Overall this would be a place to come back to and something we would suggest our friends and family to.

Susan's place has a very cottage core aesthetic that is very cute. She was very responsive and helped us get settled in. Would definitely come back here if given the chance.

Clean, friendly, large space for just the two of us. We would definitely book this place again, kitchen had everything we needed, and we were actually snowed in for our entire stay. Still a great time!

The place is beautiful although a bit hard to find. The driveway going to the house is a bit steep so we had issues going back up because of the snow. The owner was responsive and helped us with our issues

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The pictures perfectly drscribe the place - clean, fully loaded with all the amenities we needed, the location was perfect, scenery was breathtaking. We definitely plan to be back in the future!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful house with plenty of beds and washroom to accommodate a group of 15 women out in the Horseshoe valley area for ski, spa, snowshoe and tubbing weekend. We were only 5 minutes away from the downhill ski hill, 5 minutes from 2 amazing cross-country spots and another 5 minutes to the Vetta spa which is a must for our group. Such a nice house for our group with a lot of space. This was our 3rd time doing this annual girls weekend and it's a perfect spot.

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Giovanni was pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries. My only suggestion would be for visitors to check the beds before choosing rooms, as some bed are firm and others quite soft.

Great place for our large group. Clean, spacious, fun. We went during the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors the way you do in the winter. The outdoor Muskoka room with fire pit as well as indoor hot tub was ideal for the winter.

Thank you, Irina! We booked this lovely getaway for four couples on Family Day weekend, and while it looks to be a perfect lakehouse in summer, we found it to be a cozy home-away-from-home for those weekends when the last thing you want to do is go outside. The common area is spacious and liveable, the bedrooms clean and comfortable, and we took full advantage of the sauna. What a fabulous experience! We can’t wait to come back!
