Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Nipissing

We stayed at this cottage for 3 nights, and it was one of the highlights of our 10 day trip up to Northern Ontario. The rooms were spacious and clean, accommodations were as detailed and everything worked fine. Check in was easy and the cottage is set up in a way that loading and unloading was easy as well. Kayak and paddleboards were fun to use, only wish there was another Kayak as we were 4. Good fishing on the dock and great for one or 2 families All in all, everything we wanted for our trip! Would recommend this place and would also stay there myself again

This place is truly exceptional! The host has clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, ensuring a unique experience for guests. From the hot tub to the fire pit, everything is well-designed and inviting. I highly recommend this spot!

WINTER OR SUMMER Kam’s cottage is the place to be! We have been here in both warm and freezing weather and it is just fantastic. The lake is perfect for swimming and the view is incredible even in the winter. The house itself is spacious and very clean and has a ton of things to do even if the weather is not nice, including a hot tub, karaoke, air hockey, board games and much much more. If you go in the summer, there are kayaks and a fire pit! The hosts are incredibly kind, accommodating and welcoming. If you’re looking for a summer or winter getaway, I would recommend this place and I will definitely be returning!

I just returned from a week-long stay at Kelly's cabin and trailer, and I can confidently say it was one of the best getaways I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, Kelly and his family made us feel right at home. The cabin was cozy and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week. We loved the outdoor space, complete with a fire pit and hot tub and amazing views of the water. We also stayed at the trailer which was equally charming and provided a unique experience that added to our adventure. Kelly's recommendations for restaurants, and hidden gems such as Le Voyageur Restaurant for some amazing Thai food were spot-on. We appreciated their knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for sharing the beauty of the area. Every interaction with Kelly and his family was filled with kindness and care, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality, I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Kelly

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend thanks to Amanda. She was incredible, making a trek out to help us when I stupidly blew a fuse. Our family absolutely loved their cottage. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy, well equipped and spacious cottage with a beautiful view on the lake. Our host had everything ready to make our stay the most comfortable. We enjoyed hiking in the snow on nearby trails.

Perfect getaway weekend! We were the sole occupants of the cabins this weekend, so we had free reign of the area. My two dogs enjoyed checking out the Annex and felt very welcomed. The hosts are incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. We stayed warm even on the -28°C night in the heated cabin with super comfortable bedding. The "inside outhouse" was certainly a highlight on the frigid night as well (with no outhouse smell, for those who may be concerned). I had absolutely zero issues. Would stay here again for sure.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin! Check in was quick and easy and Jadey was extremely responsive to messages. Communication was great from arrival to departure. While we did not have access to the wifi, these things happen and we understood. A storm that blew in the day prior caused some issues which didn’t affect our enjoyment and it was a good opportunity to “unplug”. Included availability of the Kayaks, canoes, and water bike was a great way to explore. Excellent location for young families looking to spend relaxing days on the clear and shallow beach with the kids. We also took advantage of the basketball net and tennis court on the cooler days. Overall we had a great stay at Sunset Cove and have no doubt we will return again in the future! Thank you Jadey and Jack.
