Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Nipissing

Ana’s place was beautiful. Has a great view of the lake and the hot tub was very nice.

Martine’s place was just as described. Suitable for our family of 4. Clear instructions of expectations and check in. Cleanliness is super important to me as I’m a little “picky” you could say 🤪 it was refreshing to have a host that takes pride in providing a simple, clean and welcoming space. Way better than a hotel stay. At least in my opinion. I love that all of her recommendations for shopping, activities and restaurants are those of local choice to support the community. Everything offered in the home was more than enough to get by from a good selection of kitchenware to toiletries and even laundry. When travelling to the North Bay area I would highly recommend staying there. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great place, it is located very close to parks, trails, different beaches. An apartment is very cozy, has everything we needed and also lets mention the great lake view. Our host is a great person. We spent only one week here and definitely will come again.

An absolute 5-star experience! The sunrises were breathtaking, and the view was simply stunning. We enjoyed standup paddling, swimming, and the well-equipped accommodations made everything so comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Killarney Provincial Park, which was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were fantastic, providing us with great tips and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Stayed a couple of nights at Sandor's - really lovely place, Sandor provided me with a variety of local recommendations prior to arrival. The house is located in a smaller town with a lake nearby, very peaceful and quite; the larger town nearby (Huntsville, 30min drive) has all necessary stores for grocery shopping or dining out. Further, it is located roughly an 1h drive from Algonquin Park - would really recommend to give the Park a visit, go for a hike & enjoy the nature. Sandor as host is responsive and proactive, always felt like I could reach out & get a response in a few minutes. The place looks like depicted. Really enjoyed my stay, would love to come back in the future!

My friends and I had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Amir’s place! The house itself is super big and the view is beautiful. Amir was very accommodating and let us check out late on the last day. Would definitely recommend this place!

The overall space was great. able to be together as a family. Clean space, beautiful kitchen, master bed was not my best sleep nor was their much space in the ensuite. The kitchen could of been a little better equiped but I mentioned to the host what my suggestions were. The LR could use a couple footstools for the chairs so guests that are not sitting on the sofa can be comfortable too. Otherwise it was close to where we needed to be. We did go for daily walks and the driveway was very icy in many locations, thankfully their was salt to use. I would recommend this place to other guests, and we are also superhosts so I hope my negatives are not upsetting, merely what I would do differently.

Amrik was a great host, the pool was a great spot to hangout by during the hot weather. Amrik was quick to respond when we had questions. Hope to be back !
