Vacation rentals in Lake Murvaul

The house and location are great. For me this was a work trip and the house was far more than we needed. This would be perfect for a family vacation huge dinning area, 2 living rooms, excellent outdoor space and very well equipped. Would love to stay there again if the need arises in the future and it is available.

This place was a dream. My kids really enjoyed all the outdoor stuff.

This home located steps away from Lake Nacogdoches is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful time away from home. The space and amenities are exactly as seen in the pictures on the listing. The home is clean, no clutter, fully stocked kitchen for away-from-home meal prep. The common areas are spacious, bedrooms are clutter free, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms stocked well. Although there are nearby neighbors, the area is peaceful with plenty of space in front and back of home to enjoy time outside. The hosts were quick to respond to questions in advance and during our stay. Definitely recommend for families and couples.

The Bar O was just what we were looking for to get away for a long weekend. Our family of 4 had a great time fishing, exploring the cattle ranch, and paddle boarding (we brought our own even though kayaks were available for our use). I was looking for a location to stop with my dogs on our way to our new home. I wanted a location that was safe and quiet, and Richard's home surpassed that. They have thought of every detail for you and your fur baby. I felt completely safe, and slept amazing. Would recommend for anyone to stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful and snuggled away in the perfect place in downtown. The host were spot on and amazing and I will most definitely be staying there again if the opportunity arises!

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

What an incredible getaway! This cozy house in the middle of the woods near Tyler was everything we were hoping for and more. The peace and quiet were unmatched—just birds, trees, and the occasional deer wandering by. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special, from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Waking up surrounded by nature and enjoying our morning coffee on the porch was the highlight of every day. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Whether you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or just get away from the hustle and bustle, this place is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend. The home is very thoughtfully decorated and designed. You can tell the hosts put a lot of love into this home. The home is in a very private location. The hosts provided water bottles, which is a huge plus for me. The shower was really nice and stayed hot for 3 people to take a morning shower. Each room had a luggage rack. And extra toiletries were provided in case anyone forgot something. I’d love to stay here again!
