Lake Murray fishing vacation rentals

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a small family get together and this place fit the bill! We had lots of space, clean rooms, and tons of games and play equipment to keep all the kids happy! We did have to sweep off the porches and wipe down the outdoor furniture but we didn’t mind and understand the weather doesn’t help with that at times! Our host was responsive and friendly to all our questions. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay!

house was very clean and comfortable. easy access to and from the house. beautiful scenery. walking distance to the beach on the lake . and very peaceful.

The Happy Cow Efficiency was the perfect little getaway. Lynette was a wonderful host and able to accommodate us last minute. The short walk to the lake was very nice and I loved the short proximity to many places.

Larry & Tabatha are great! This isn't our first stay and won't be our last. We always seem to make it during severe weather and they make sure we are doing good and feeling safe. Big plus--hanging out with the neighbor! Such a great community and hidden gem of a lake cottage! We truly appreciate the hosts and their love of animals and the lake!!!

Cozy & comfortable. Though the bathroom was small, it was clean, with plenty of hot water and nicely stocked. The only thing I felt would make the stay more comfortable would be upgrades to beds, or at the least, memory foam toppers for all beds and the sofa sleeper. Besides that, we were very satisfied and will consider the property again in the future.

We planned a guys' trip here two years ago and this time was just as remarkable as the first. With eight of us, there's plenty of space and beds for us to hang out and rest comfortably. The game room kept us entertained all weekend. Both outdoor and indoor amenities suited our every need. There was a reason why we returned to this remarkable luxury stay; it's warmth and inviting atmosphere. Will certainly stay again.

We had such a great weekend here. The place was very clean, quiet, and very close to the lake. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Would definitely book a stay here again!

We had a good time..brought our dogs and they had fun too but this place was not small dog friendly in some spots..the space from dog door to steps was too high for them to jump through so we had to always help them down the steps..did not expect carpet to be in dog room..and the smaller couch was very uncomfortable to sit on..other than these few minor things it was a great place to sit outdoors and listen to the wildlife..

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the weekend. We loved all the nature and the scenery. We hope to return!

The house is amazing, great space for a family getaway. Very peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of wildlife to see and wilderness to explore. The house includes everything needed and the host were extremely communicative! We did not go anywhere but the host does provide information about locate places to visit.

This was our second time staying with Melissa. She remembered us as soon as we booked and we felt like we were coming to our 2nd home. Melissa communicates beautifully and you can tell she takes great care of her clients and home. She is the best!!

Beautiful home, well appointed, no detail overlooked. This was just perfect for our 8 man fishing weekend. Great kitchen for cooking, everything you would need and more.

Had the absolute best time! We brought a large group and had an absolute blast! Kids and adults both loved the pool! Short walk to the boat dock. Plenty of room for everyone! Such a fun place would definitely come stay again! Perfect for large family gatherings!

Modern yet rustic studio cabin, great location in the heart of Alberta Creek area. For those with a boat, carport has electric and protects from elements. Great choice for couples or solo travelers. I liked how well maintained the area is.

Great stay at Sara’s place! Views are amazing. Nice amenities. Great kitchen with plenty of cookware, utensils, spices etc. She also had plenty of linens and towels for our large group. Sara was very responsive and communicated well throughout. Our main reason for being in Ardmore was to go to Lake Murray. Beautiful lake and enjoyed the boat rental. We also went to dinner in downtown Ardmore. Very quaint with plenty of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
