Lake side house rentals in Lake Murray

Peaceful and feeling At-Home! Cozy Cabin on a great lot of trees! We had coffee by the Firepit in the morning and had hot choc lol ate & roasted marshmallows there at night! Plenty of places to sit and read or just enjoy the outdoors! The golf cart was a great way to explore the neighborhood! We grilled out on charcoal for dinners and went hiking by the beach close to home and drove to trails nearby! There were enough board games, books, & dvds to last us a while!! Would definitely recommend!

This was our second autumn outing to the Greenhouse and we loved it just as much as last year. We'll be back. The small house is thoughtfully laid out and appointed and the photos are very accurate. Good kitchen, comfortable bed (we stayed in the main bedroom. The smaller secondary looks just as comfortable.) The beach at the Lake is only a ten minute walk. Island View State Park (deserted weekdays this time of year) has great lake views too and is about two miles away (entrance fee per person.) Heather is a great host and simplified a few problems we had with making the reservation and was available for any problems (we had none.) We love this place.

We had a wonderful 5 day getaway at The LakeHouse. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Our two little grands loved the big open area to play in. The adults enjoyed the ping pong table. Awesome proximity to the lake. Wish we could have used the fire pit, but couldn’t with the burn ban. Did make use of the bbq though! Great communication from Judy with any questions.

This place was very well appointed! Everything we needed for an extra comfortable stay!! Big fluffy bath towels! We were able to cook and not need anything! Wonderful fire pit! Comfy Bed!! Comfy couches!! Very beautiful view!! Perfect for a family or just a couples getaway!! I would rebook!!

The home was so well stocked! I brought so many items and did not need them. The home and location exceeded our expectations; the photos do not do it justice. It was a peaceful setting and great for families of all ages! Our family loved the pool and game room! The only thing is we could not figure out how to turn on a light at the front door exterior and it was extremely dark. I did not reach out to Wanda for clarification so i am not complaining. She probably could have told us. We just stayed so busy!

Great hospitality! We had a family reunion with 15+ people, and the cabin was perfect for hosting a big group - huge kitchen and dining area, great patio with a jacuzzi, etc. Shannon was very responsive!

From arrival to departure, everything was well communicated. Surreal country setting, phenominal fishing. Turn key as described with all you need to enjoy a hassle free vacay. Plan to come back in April 🙏🏻. Host (Chris) was awesome!!!

We wanted to get away from it all and succeeded! This might’ve been one of the most peaceful getaways we’d ever been on. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the robins play from comfy couches, cooking each meal, or just playing dominoes - all while enjoying the wood burning fireplace. What a lovely time we had!

Stacey and Edward are fantastic hosts! Their home was beautiful, well stocked and clean. They were so thoughtful to decorate for Christmas and even set out deer feed for us to throw out (we saw several deer come by to graze!) Thank you for everything and we will certainly stay again

Really great place to stay! We had 4 adults and 7 teenagers and didn’t feel crowded. House is great, was clean, every room has an en suite bathroom, kitchen has everything you need. Our group really enjoyed being on the lake in the kayaks/canoes. Host is very quick at responding to questions and checking in. Highly recommend!

Nice stay near lake Texoma. Beach for the kids to play is close by. Newer build house is very nice and clean, good bedroom setup for families with kids. Nice and quiet spot. We came down to chill and fish for a few days and it’s just what we needed. Would stay again. Great hosts with timely responses.

From check in to check out, owner was responsive and great to work with. House was clean and orderly and a good size for our group. The bunk room was a little tight for 3 adults, but we knew that going in and so that was expected. We enjoyed having the games to play and the ability to watch sports and grill outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet enough for a relaxing evening. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They provided clear and accurate check-in instructions, and their communication was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent experience. The host was friendly and helpful. She met us on-site and showed us the ropes. We came during the cool weather, so we didn't get in the water, but the view was amazing. Plenty of living spaces indoors and out for enjoying the lake view. We went into town twice and explored the cute downtown square with boutique shops and restaurants. That was about 20 minutes away. We had a group of eight single ladies, and everyone had their own bed, which was very nice. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home was stocked as well as I've ever seen with a vacation rental. It had all the kitchen utensils and appliances, paper towels, shampoo, hangers in the bedroom, spare blankets. It even had a junk drawer in the kitchen with flashlight, pens, tape, etc. I suspect the owner lives there part-time. There are no negatives at all. Everyone loved the house. Wonderful weekend.

I honestly didn’t expect the house to look as nice as it did. Meg you did your big one with this house!! it had a nice backyard, tall ceiling, big space and it’s in a nice location, and she was super sweet!! WILL be checking in here more often.

My entire extended family spent Thanksgiving here. It was easily able to fit 13 people comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked and let us easily prepare all the meals we could want. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend out of the city. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the kids had a blast on the slide. Pam was a very proactive host who paid attention to the details! From the fire wood that was provided to the local recommendations she was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Such a hidden gem! Quiet and relaxing. Kids did some Kayaking and lots of fishing. It's a very cute and comfy place with lots for the kids to enjoy! Will definitely go back. It's also close to Hughes crossing on Blue River which is a fond childhood memory to me!

Great place to stay and have a little R&R. We enjoyed our time and it was roomy and some beautiful views.
