With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

Judi was such a lovely host. She warmly greeted me and my partner upon our arrival and showed us to our living quarters which was spotless and beautifully decorated. The apartment is a really great place to stay! Really comfortable location, a lot of entertainments nearby. Famous pierce 39 is in 15 minutes walking. Very clean, safety and calm district. Sandra is a perfect owner, when I couldn’t find appartment she called and helped me to check in. I recommend Sandra and apartment to everyone, you will not regret about it.

A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week long visit to the East Bay Area. Kitchen is well equipped and there are great grocery stores nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Quiet enough for downtown Berkeley. We were very happy there!

You cannot beat this location. We easily found street parking every day and everywhere you walk you will find entertainment. We walked to Golden Gate the first day and it was beautiful, spotted a blue heron in the wetland area. The next walked up and down Chestnut Street for shopping and dining. Then walked along the Bay trail to Fisherman’s wharf and the Ferry Building to visit the Farmers Market. What a great place and so quiet. We loved it

Clelia's place is a great find! I lived for many years in Bernal Heights and love this neighborhood. I always try to find a place to stay in Bernal when I visit SF and I will definitely stay at this unit again. Clelia is a great host - super responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings, and everything is thoughtfully done. It has the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced at an Airbnb. Being a one cup drip coffee drinker I was especially thrilled that a Melitta and coffee filters were provided. As well as a coffee grinder. The entire place had everything needed to be comfortable. And I very much enjoyed sitting in the lovely yard. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Damani’s place in Oakland. The apartment is perfect for a couple or friends traveling together. My friend and I stayed for the weekend and have zero complaints. Damani was responsive, friendly, and provided clear and detailed instructions for everything. The apartment itself was as pictured. Clean space and we were provided with the listed amenities plus some nice touches like toothbrushes and a steamer. The complex is quiet and in a good neighborhood. Very close to shops, coffee, and downtown Oakland. A lot was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment and location! We’ve been to Mill Valley several times and have tended to rent up in the hills and/or in the trees. Here, we walked to everything – wonderful restaurants, shopping, and even the movie theater. The apartment was quiet, and the chill of our long outdoor walks (we were there over Christmas and New Years) was extinguished in minutes by the living room’s (gas) fireplace. Thanks for having us!
