Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Marion

My stay was even better than expected! The space was very clean and had everything I needed! Frank answered all questions I had and answered promptly. The scenery is beautiful. You cannot beat it for the price! I will definitely be coming back!! :)

We had a great stay and the location was perfect

The balcony looks over the beautiful water with the docks. The condo is well outfitted, very clean, well laid out and roomy. Very nice kitchen. We didn't realize that the front was so close to the highway, but the condo was quiet inside and the balcony view and proximity to the water made up for it. The owner answered my questions immediately when I texted him.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the weekend music while fishing on the dock ( the catfish are huge) Rooms were nice and clean, great air conditioning, plenty of parking in front of our room. Internet was bit of a challenge for those who wanted to watch TV. Overall it was a great weekend stay and would definitely recommend.

Mark's place was perfect for our brief stay on the way to Florida. It was close to I95, had a garage for us to park our loaded car, and was pleasant and comfortable. The place was beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen and baths. There was ample space to spread out, watch TV, dine and relax. Too bad we did not stay longer, as the home would have made a great base for exploring the area. The neighborhood had some lovely homes and mature trees and was very pleasant.

Overall, my family had a great stay at Francisco‘s place. we rented the space for a month and had only a couple minor hiccups and questions of which the host responded within minutes and any issue was solved immediately and easily. The home is well taken care of, everything was clean, the appliances were all new and the kitchen is pristine. The host did provide some toiletries, laundry detergent, as well as some kitchen items. The neighborhood although it’s older is completely safe with very easy access to the main streets. We would 100% rent from this house again, and I would recommend if you are in need of a space in this town to stay here.

The backyard is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for family activities and relaxation. The local community is close-knit and welcoming, with all the essentials you need nearby. Plus, the old train station in the neighborhood is such a unique and charming sight. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with vintage charm, I highly recommend Aras Place!

All I can say is WOW!! Theo's home was very inviting and warm. I felt like I was right at home and my son loved the TV in the den. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom shower was so relaxing. Theo was very responsive and easy to talk to and helpful. When I return to Orangeburg, my hometown, I will be sure to book Theo's humble abode if it is available. This is one of Orangeburg's best kept jewels and I'm grateful for the experience!!

Nice place to stay and relax. Should have been informed about which boat slip to use. Had a altercation with the condo president about parking my boat. Finally got it straightened out. Dishwasher out of service, burners on top of stove had not been cleaned in awhile. On top of frig dirty. We cleaned these things before we left. Did not want to leave for the next guest. Overall the condo was the best we ever stayed at. Thanks Kelly for sharing your place.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Property was just as described in a nice quiet convenient location, and the host was very friendly and communicative.

Lori saved our vacation!! We came to Santee to play golf (great golf) BTW. There was an issue with our plans and Lori stepped right in and fixed our problem with another company. She made things perfect and the price was way more than reasonable. Thanks again Lori.

The location is amazing. The view is worth every penny. The corner unit is private and we basically lived on the porch! We look forward to staying again in the future!
