Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Marion

My stay was even better than expected! The space was very clean and had everything I needed! Frank answered all questions I had and answered promptly. The scenery is beautiful. You cannot beat it for the price! I will definitely be coming back!! :)

We had a great stay and the location was perfect

We needed a suite type space for a few days. I didn’t want to spend this much for a few days visit in winter, but it was the only thing available that fit our needs. It was clean, pretty and worked well.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the weekend music while fishing on the dock ( the catfish are huge) Rooms were nice and clean, great air conditioning, plenty of parking in front of our room. Internet was bit of a challenge for those who wanted to watch TV. Overall it was a great weekend stay and would definitely recommend.

Great experience all around. Mark and Carmen were responsive and very helpful. The place was exactly as advertised and maybe the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ara is a wonderful host, taking all of the guests needs into consideration. There is plenty of space in this beautifully kept historical home. This home definitely checks all the boxes!

The place was exactly as described we had a few people over for a Superbowl gathering. This was the perfect place for me and my guest. Really nice neighborhood close to eveything. Sunny is very responsive send her a message and she gets right back to.

What a beautiful place to have our family gathering and have family pictures taken. Little did we know when picking Summerton as our location, our grandson’s girlfriend’s family lived close by. Our grandson asked if he could ask his girlfriend to marry him that weekend while we were all together. What a beautiful memory both families were able to celebrate. Family feedback: This is the place for all future family gatherings.

Nice place to stay and relax. Should have been informed about which boat slip to use. Had a altercation with the condo president about parking my boat. Finally got it straightened out. Dishwasher out of service, burners on top of stove had not been cleaned in awhile. On top of frig dirty. We cleaned these things before we left. Did not want to leave for the next guest. Overall the condo was the best we ever stayed at. Thanks Kelly for sharing your place.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

This was an amazing stay!! Dr Stephanie was responsive and the photos were just like the place. The only complaint I have is that the air was fancy lol! We just couldn’t figure it out! All in all we would definitely come back! The neighborhood was quiet and close to our event!

The location is amazing. The view is worth every penny. The corner unit is private and we basically lived on the porch! We look forward to staying again in the future!
