Second time staying at Stefanie’s place. Such a nice spot: Cute cabin, amazing sunsets, warm lake, friendly neighbours, and long walks along the beach available. Loved my time here!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! it was cozy, had everything we needed to cook a good meal, spacious enough for us all. Very peaceful as well.

Beautiful property and a very welcoming space. Very thoughtfully put together, with comfort and homieness at the top. A group of us have rented several cabins together for many years, for a board game - family weekend, but with the addition of more babies/toddlers in recent years, we really wanted to consolidate into one place, while still hopefully having space for kids to be kids indoors in February. WOW, what luck we found this listing! We cast a kind of wide net, not sure what we wanted, but this was it. The layout was awesomely communal, and spacious for our large group. It had such a positive energy, we all felt at home, we all felt very comfortable. The owner was a great communicator, reached out right away when we booked to see what our expectations might be for the space since I listed bringing kids. Provided lots of details, and remained very reachable. I can only imagine this place in summer, right on the lake, hopefully I’ll get to see it.

We really enjoyed our time here. It’s very spacious, cozy and comfortable. Cell phone reception is spotty, but the wifi provided works great. The town of Kelwood is quaint and well loved by its residents. The local restaurant has delicious food. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway this is perfect.

Fantastic stay. The cottage was just what I needed for a winter meditation retreat. Will definitely consider Darci's place next time I need a quiet getaway. Building exactly as advertised. being a rural cottage the accommodations are rustic, but this might be exactly what you are looking for. The building has definitely had some recent upgrades to the bathroom and main living area. No TV or WIFI - I view this as a positive! Host was very helpful and responsive. only negative is that a strongly perfumed detergent was used to wash the bedsheets. I am sensitive to perfume smells. wasn't a problem for me because I brought my own sheets.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! There was 6 [adults] total, and the amount of living space was great. We weren’t on top of each other at all. The space looked exactly as shown in the pictures, and everything else was as described. Beautiful space! Michelle is an excellent host, very nice, and she was very prompt to respond with any questions that arose during our stay. Very accommodating as well. We would love to stay here again in the future! Cannot say enough good things about staying at Michelle’s place. Thank you so much again for having us! 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hosts live on site but have it set up so you can have complete privacy (your own fire pit, exclusive use of the hot tub etc), but they are friendly and welcoming if you want to interact with them, join them at their fire pit etc. We had kids the same age and when we met Chris & Rachel, it was an easy choice to visit with them, have the kids play together etc. The property is beautiful and peaceful and we'd love to visit again when the leaves are on the trees. The cabin was spacious with lots of areas for people to hang out in. Altogether a great time!

A lovely cabin to stay in with friends for the weekend. The hot tub was perfect on Saturday afternoon. The BBQ was right outside our cabin door. The cabin was spacious for the 6 of us. Perfect for what we needed.

Jeremy is very friendly and kind, we really appreciate him! There is a lot of things to do in the camp ground, we really enjoyed it! Highly recommended for family camping.

This quaint little cottage is a true gem! Beautiful surroundings and a great little screened in porch made for lovely and peaceful mornings and evenings! Liv was an excellent and responsive host! We definitely recommend staying here. :)

This place is excellent! It has a nice country charm with a beautiful view. The property is outlined with trees making it even more private. The host was so thoughtful and answered all our questions. The private beach is a definite plus with super soft sand. The fire pit was excellently located but did not have any camp chairs around it. The gazebo is lovely but needs a good cleaning. The host provided everything we needed to have a great time. Thanks Ursula!!

Melanie is a great host. Responds quickly to messages. The small cabin we rented was very cozy and had everything we could want. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect escape from the busy city life and allowed us to relax in a very peaceful, spacious cabin. Great place for someone looking for a quiet space. Just be aware of the quiet hours because the community takes them very seriously!
