Very quiet and spacious accommodation, in a beautiful environment you can have the chance to observe a few chamois. The veranda that connects the 2 houses is very nice and the outdoor grill is very convenient in good weather. Noted that the property is inhabited by the owner when it is not rented. Personal belongings are therefore present, but that didn't bother us. Francesco is very responsive to answer questions and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable.

This place is very beautiful, super child friendly, gorgeous walk on the lake. The host was very friendly and his hospitality was outstanding. Located not far from Malpensa airport- best to get there by car.

It was a great stay. The apartment is divided in two so there are two bathrooms and common areas where you can stay. It was pleasantly quiet and the lake overlooking the island can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There's a three-seat canoe that you can rent, it's a must!

We spent a full week at La Rungia with Sandro and Lisa. The stay was wonderful and met our utmost expectations. The cottage is furnished with love and you immediately feel at home. The furnishings are well equipped and nothing is missing and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is of course the hot tub ,which is available for private use. The bus stop can only be reached in a few meters and you are in Lugano in a short time and can do a lot from there. I want to mention the communication with Sandro and Lisa, just great. We will be happy to come back soon.

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is super! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

Great family stay on the edge of Lake Como in a dream setting!! The kayak loaned by Daniele on the lake was a must, our son really enjoyed it despite the cool water temperature!! In short, the accommodation was very appropriate compared to our expectations and allowed a good change of scenery. Daniele was very nice and had good tips. We will keep a great memory of our stay (too short!). THANK YOU for everything

The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the serene Lugano Lake, and the availability of a boat and kayaks made every day an adventure. This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Super cozy place, Mattia is super responsive and friendly. Had a terrific time! Watch out for rain and wind as the house is accessible onmy by boat and the lake is not small
