Beautiful and quiet house with large garden incl. small lake - plenty of space for leisure activities. Due to the open construction of the house and the wooden floorboards on the upper floor, however, noises in the house are very well perceptible. Everything in the village is within walking distance.

It was best to sit on the terrace in front of the cottage and look into the wonderful garden. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. There is no Wi-Fi, but if you absolutely need internet, the 4G reception is fine. But the location is just great close to the castle park, quiet and yet everything is close. We had a great quiet cozy break in Iven. All our communication was through Susanne and she was very helpful and eager and quick to respond. The property is tasteful and cozy. We especially liked the old tiled stove. Everything was really very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for the time.

The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can tell that the decor has been in use for a little longer, yet well-maintained and functional. If you're looking for a cozy and well-stocked place to stay for a family vacation, this is the place to be.

The boathouse is the perfect place to unwind and unwind. It's very quiet, cozy, and the nature around it can be enjoyed. From the large window in the living area you can wonderfully watch the river and its inhabitants (ducks, herons, kingfisher, otter, fish). By boat you can take a nice trip to the lake. This can be done by rowing or with outboard motor, where you probably need a certain hand or suggestion that we did not have had... But in any case there is a well described instructions. Our two toddlers and we felt very comfortable and we will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, for us it was perfect that the other houses were not rented out right now. This allowed us to let our two dogs romp in the well-closed property. It was close to the lake. For mid-October it was very quiet in the area and therefore relaxing. The house had everything you need. We felt very comfortable, thank you

Beautiful house with large fenced property. We felt right at home thanks to loving little things like fresh flowers on the table. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was super clean. The beach is just a short walk away, so the location is perfect if you are looking for peace, nature and water. Extras such as the conservatory and the fireplace have rounded off the holiday experience. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and super explained. A really nice place to stay. We will be happy to come back!

Great place and considerate hosts, beautiful area and gorgeous house

We had a lovely family reunion at the house. It's a little clairvoyant when told in the living room, but the spacious rooms make up for that. The sauna was also a nice thing in the cloudy weather. I hope we come back again when it's warmer. Thank you- also to the friendly neighbors!

We stayed in the cottage for a week and felt very comfortable. We were especially enthusiastic about the lovingly designed terrace - very high feel-good factor! We didn't see any comparable ones throughout the park! The house is clairaudient, it creaks here and there, but bearable... The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, kitchen top. Sauna top - quickly hot and even lying space for 2 people. Lake is 5 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work well - but some digital detoxing is also good. All in all - Recommended!

Staying with Dietmar is always heartwarming. It is a very nice area, wild forests and calm fields. Everything on the campsite is very clean and homely, Dietmar is super friendly and caring, and he just wants you to recover well and have no worries. Hope to come back again!

We stayed here one night passing through here. The contact with Dörte was always straightforward and super friendly. The property is consistent with the photos and description. In the garden, the children were even allowed to use play equipment. We were absolutely satisfied.

My family was very satisfied with the accommodation and enjoyed the friendliness of the host and was able to explore the area as planned and spent a very pleasant nice time from there, as everything was offered as described and pictured. Completely satisfied and recommended.

We were there for 2 weeks in the summer with our 2 children. Check-in was easy and easy. The property was huge and you could sit down and the kids could play. Beata and Markus were always available to us with advice on excursion destinations and everything else. You were super nice. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment corresponded to the description. Everything we needed is there and clean. Arrive and feel good😊. The beach is only a few footsteps away. A bike rental, restaurants and a shop for rolls are available in the vicinity.

We lived in the large 9-person apartment for a week with a family of friends and felt very at home. The house is exactly as described, captivates with its charm and scores in the spacious kitchen above all with upscale and generous amenities. From the dishwasher to bed linen/towels to dish towels, etc., everything was also available. Due to the excellent weather, we spent most of the time on the terrace and used the wonderful pool, which is available to all residential units. I can recommend the accommodation in good conscience.

We had lived in three fewo and we enjoyed it very much in all. The apartment for 4 people was spacious and well appointed. We all felt very comfortable.

Everything was great the place was very nicely located and we had a good time. The only thing I was missing a little was maybe oil and a few spices as we still cooked in the evening. Salt and pepper, in turn, were available.

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

If you like it quiet and in nature, you will feel very comfortable here. Fantastically beautiful, completely secluded by the forest. The stay and communication uncomplicated, the amenities very homely, clear and robust. Perfect for us and our dogs. We very much regret being able to be there for such a short time and will definitely be back! You should be aware that the access road is really unpaved, and you are "in nowhere" by the forest. Not for lowered high-gloss cars or people who are afraid of some dirt, insects, rain or similar natural phenomena right in front of their place!

Very nice townhouse! Very cozily furnished, everything still new and in very good condition. It's really small, but great for two (we were there with a baby and dog and that was a good fit!). You are quickly by the sea and right in nature... Greifswald 20 minutes away by car. We would come back!

We felt very much at home. Doris was super friendly and the surroundings very quiet. Other places are quickly reached. The place was really very clean and you could feel very comfortable. We are already looking forward to next time!!
