This place is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts! The backyard is beautifully shaded by tall trees, featuring a private hot tub, a spacious bonfire pit, and a dedicated space where your pup can enjoy themselves. Inside, the house offers a cozy and comfortable retreat with all the amenities you need, from a fully equipped kitchen for cooking to a cozy atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Asheville. There's also plenty of room for family game nights, and the beds ensure a restful night's sleep.

The cottage is very comfortable. Hot tub is wonderful to relax in. Hosts are caring people that offer suggestions to make your stay enjoyable, and in our case survivable (Hurricane Helene). We didn’t have the experience in Asheville we hoped due to Mother Nature but we definitely left a piece of our hearts and mind in Asheville with the people recovering from the storm. We will be back!

Sergio's cabin is beautiful, very cozy, and comfortable. My group and I really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Sergio sent detailed directions on the last part of the trip that were very helpful as well as recommendations for food in the area. Small cars aren't ideal for the cabin but we did make it up the road in a small Lexus and a Charger .. truck recommended. I would love to return to Sergio's cabin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

In the mountains-REALLY in the mountains lol. He let us check in early which was awesome! He had clear instructions. It was so clean and the perfect mountain home experience. My kiddos loved the hot cocoa bar and hot tub the most. My favorite was the soaker tub and we grilled out majority of the days at night. The first morning we had snow on the mountains!!! Our first mountain trip and it was amazing! I would come again.

Wonderful home conveniently located in the woods. The home had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the hot tub (very private), the front porch, the babbling brook, the firepit, and the fireplace. Except for the neighbors barking dogs, we had a perfect stay visiting an Alpaca farm, Cherokee, Great Smoky Mountain train ride, and Waynesville. We also enjoyed our ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway from Maggie Valley to Cherokee. Thanks to the owners for providing us a much needed rest at their beautiful, comfortable home!

We spent Thanksgiving at Nate’s place, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs without a hassle. When we arrived, Nate had a beautiful Christmas tree and other decor waiting for us, which was a lovely touch we didn’t expect. We felt right at home and hated to leave! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and wading in the creek with their waders and nets. Their favorite part was the pulley bucket, which was another added surprise. I think they spent more time sending and retrieving treasures with it than anything else! Nate is a wonderful host who is responsive and detail-oriented. We are grateful we chose Nate’s place to spend this special time together as a family! We will definitely return!

This was a great place for my extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving! We had lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Our stay at the Comfy Asheville Cottage was perfect for our short and sweet trip to Asheville. We had tickets to the Biltmore for a Christmas tour which was a short drive from the cottage. It’s a great location due to its short drive from downtown but also secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage was pristine and comfy for my small family. Checkout instructions were clear and concise. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Adventure awaits in "Resilient" AVL. This is "The Base Camp" for whatever you want do in the Asheville and the surrounding area. Walk out the door and explore the mountains, city or stay inside the peaceful apartment. We hiked and biked right out the door with easy access to the Bent Creek area and the arboretum by foot, bike or car. The apartment was clean, private and very comfortable. The hosts (Bob and Cindy) ensured that our visit was pleasant. We will Return. Thanks!

My dog Herbie and I were very comfortable at Wanda and Jeff's home. It is very private and the yard is filled with beautiful flowers, trees, and shrubs. The location is convenient. I would definitely stay there again!

We used Greg’s cabin as a base camp for hiking in the Shining Rock Wilderness. The place was incredibly clean and we were able to make it up the gravel road in our small hatchback, despite the dusting of snow on the ground.

Great place. Nice and friendly hosts who were very responsive to any needs. Kitchen sink very small. Worked great for visiting family for the holiday.

We stayed at Melissa and Steve's place for a month from June - July 2024. Our family of 6 stayed there the whole time and we had additional family members come down and stay in the extra bedrooms for a few days here and there. Melissa and Steve were great hosts and made us feel right at home! They were very accommodating and even had their piano tuned and serviced so we could play on it while we were there. The place is very spacious and we were easily able to accommodate multiple family groups as there were bedroom wings on two ends of the house and the bedrooms themselves are also quite large. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were easily able to cook meals for the month we were there.

We loved our stay here! The house was excellent and the hosts were great. We were notified as soon as the house was ready and were able to check in early. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. Nothing weird about being in the RV park, you just have to drive through to get to the house. Super close to anything we needed and we could take an uber to get anywhere in town. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, pristine clean and very comfortable. Great deck with a gorgeous view. Perfect spot for a concert in Lake Junaluska and very easy access to a beautiful walking trail around the lake and to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Excellent extra digs for a family weekend with the rest of the gang staying in the adjacent house.

I love staying here~ is my 2nd time. Carolyn has thought of everything one might need~ from amenities to local advice. The surroundings, views, deck, fire pit, deck tables and chairs ~ it's truly a retreat. Being on Lake Junaluska there are walks, even a little Crepe cafe at base of the hill that's delicious. Highly recommend!

A great place for a vacation. Carolyn was a great host and was very responsive to all our queries. The cabin was extremely good and had all amenities. It also had board games for the kids. My kids enjoyed the hot tub as well. The place was very neat and had an upgraded kitchen.Would definitely recommend for a vacation stay.

I have been staying here for years, and it never disappoints. I would recommend this spot to anyone, and plan to make it back in the next few months.

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.
