Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Havasu

Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

Erika was a great host! Beautiful home, nice amenities, and peaceful location. She was incredibly responsive and 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Very nice place to escape from the heat during our stay at Lake Havasu. Sam's place had all the comfort we needed. We loved it and would recommend it for people passing through.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

Becky’s Stay was absolutely fantastic and breath taking! Our family enjoyed the stay at this property and everything was perfect ! We were provided with all the information we needed. The Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and backyard ( heated pool & jacuzzi) are excellent. Location of house is incredible with a lake view. Everything is clean, organized and home decor is cozy, warm and welcoming This make our family vacation comfortable and memorable. Thanks Jennifer and Austin for a wonderful weekend. We would definitely rent this property again.

We have stayed at Dori’s place several times over the past couple of years and it’s perfect for what we need to enjoy the river and lake. Highly recommend for a nice peaceful weekend getaway!

Great place in north Parker! Plenty of space in front of the garage and on the side to park boat or trailer with truck. Real nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay at Katelyn's place. Such a perfect, cozy home. This was our second stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. Very close to the water. Big 2 bed, 2 bath. Great deck space. It's just perfect!! Shout out to Katelyn, who is a fantastic communicator and a great host!

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

Love the queens bay! Luanns space was in prime location. Super clean and felt homey. Great pool for after lake unwinding. Also has all the steaming platforms which was perfect to catch the Olympics!

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel

The location was everything for us! I booked it not having any idea where anything in Lake Havasu was. We came down for my son’s skateboarding competition and wow! We were literally staying right outside the park entrance. Don’t let this fool you if you aren’t into skateboarding. This is Havasu’s main park with beautiful beaches, walking trails, playgrounds, baseball fields and more. We were able to take a five minute walk and be to the skatepark that is on the far side of the park. Absolutely amazing! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated real dishes (some Airbnb’s just have plastic). The only thing that wasn’t great was the toxic air fresheners that were so strong. I messaged Kimberly asking if we could take them all out and where I could find all of them and her immediate and kind response completely made up for it. She was very apologetic and helped us get them all out. Next time I would just ask for them to not be there ahead of arrival ❤️

Such a beautiful condo. From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home. Everything was clean and well decorated. The condo was so nice and cool as it was an extremely hot weekend. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend others to stay as well.
