We had a wonderful time at Preston's home; it truly felt like a cozy retreat. The Christmas decorations were delightful, and he added a lovely touch with all the treats he provided for us. Preston was incredibly attentive, quickly coming to our aid when we needed help with the heater. During our stay, we took a stroll and met some lovely neighbors who were friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Dana’s cabin was absolutely the most beautiful cabin I’ve ever seen!!!!! Every room was so well thought out for a romantic getaway!!!! Five stars! We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The cabin was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Loved the hiking trails behind the house (if you head to the left you'll see an awesome waterfall!) and saw deer and even the white squirrels! Great location—close to town with charming shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was without a doubt the best house I stayed in on my fourth visit to Maggie Valley. Everything works in the house and it smells great. It is super clean, in a super safe location, easy to get to and close to everything. Facing the river you can have your coffee looking at the beautiful wire in front of the house and then if you want go to the river to throw some rocks. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay here! The house is tucked away, but just a quick drive to everything in the highlands. The house is impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful Marlee was incredibly accommodating in letting us check in early to get ready before a rehearsal dinner. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with! I got major kudos from my friends for finding this gem!! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the Prime’s property! Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for a wedding we attended in Cashiers. It was quiet, private, and we had a great view of the mountains. Chris was very hospitable and communication was a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing time at loriel and Adam’s place. While the weather was windy/cold and we lost power for a few hours due to weather, the views were breathtaking. The house was only steps from a beautiful walking trail around the lake, and only minutes from shopping/restaurants in Waynesville. Even under these circumstances, loriel and Adam were very communicative. Highly recommend this place!
