Villa vacation rentals in Lake Geneva

The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

We recommend! Great accommodation, large and warm. Hosts are easily reachable, welcoming and the place is spotless! Thank you for this trip!

Very pleasant stay at Carlos's from start to finish. Very comfortable accommodation, super clean. There's nothing missing to satisfy our comfort. Personalized welcome from Carlos upon arrival. It's always appreciated!!! Property located in a very pleasant environment in the countryside, at the foot of the mountains but 15 minutes from Annecy. Definitely recommend!!!

Very nicely furnished apartment. Great location for beautiful hikes. ( Beware of directions, the location was not accurate. You have to drive the road all the way back) Very clean. Very friendly. Plenty of space to store supplies. Slightly few hooks to hang bath gear etc. inside. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom, etc. Cool billiards table and great bocce train. Beautiful pool also good for use in October. Sure super nice even in summer, with sun loungers, etc. Quiet location. In the village itself something very quiet, few restaurants or bakeries. A supermarket. A little selection of bread in the afternoon. Weather was rainy and very cold. We felt very much and can highly recommend it. We were even able to load our plug in hybrid car. Ad is a great host, flexible, clear instructions & always responsive. the furniture is a bit old but all rooms are airconditioned, all WCs with bidets and there is a lot of space for everyone a rare find in the area. I liked the place & recommend it for families

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

The villa is exceptional, modern, comfortable, a splendid view on each floor. I recommend 1000%. We had a magical stay.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The villa was exceptional, very clean and lots of amenities. It’s worth staying here if only to watch the sunset over lake Annecy. Willem is a very attentive host, he helped us with recommendations for restaurants and bike hire and also turned the temperature up in the pool a little for us. If you stay in villa zenitude you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

We received are warm welcome with a small introduction for the apartment and rules. It was really nice to get some bottle of waters as welcome gift especially in the warm summer times. The apartment is better suited and accommodated as the pictures shows. It was really a nice one. The kitchen equipment are new which we liked. We enjoyed also the jointly pool which is 1min by foot away. What we also liked is the quick responses on our queries. We definitely recommend the apartment for all upcoming guests. An extremely pleasant stay! Cédric is a charming person who knows how to host. The house located in a quiet area is pretty, spacious and ultra well equipped. The kitchen, functional and friendly, allowed us to make real meals. The bedding is of very good quality. The house was very clean. It's a real good airbnb!

We had a great stay! We escaped the rainy days with the indoor pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay again.
