We spent a weekend at Landry's Vineyard with friends to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! Everything from check-in to check-out went well. The grounds were gorgeous! The cottages were so cute, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Libby's local restaurant recommendations were great. Libby and Jeff checked in on us once we arrived and made sure we had all we needed. Jeff provided a private tour for our group. We enjoyed wine at the tasting along with the band. We could not have picked a better weekend, for the weather was AWESOME! Thanks Libby and Jeff for being such great hosts. We can't wait to come back!

House has a lot of character as it is a nicely updated old farmhouse with new plumbing and electric. Still has the enameled cast iron double farm sink in the kitchen which worked really well. Interesting that there is no drywall as all walls and ceilings are 8" wide wood planks and all floors are hardwood. The house was spotless.

We were looking for an off the beaten path place to stay and that is exactly what we got! It was quiet and peaceful! The sunrise and sunset from the porch were breathtaking! The Jo was very accommodating and was great to work with! We will definitely be staying there again!

Me and some friends stayed while we were attending a wedding, and it was a great place to just relax. Everything was clean, nothing was broken, and we had no issues with the neighborhood. There were a lot of great features like comfortable beds, and a pool table! the hosts were very friendly, and super helpful when anything came up. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Definitely a 5 star! I will start off by saying both host were very accommodating and made sure that everything was as it should be also including communication about the weather while I was driving to the area. This house was just as described. Very clean, nice, neat, cozy and all around home feeling. I was very comfortable with my stay. Everything I needed was included at this very nice home. I also found it very accommodating for me to work from this home in the evenings. Nothing was bothersome to me at all. Neighborhood was quiet. Yes you hear the traffic but it’s on a hwy so that’s expected. Did not keep me awake or bother me. I’ll definitely be back!

Glenda was quick to respond to our questions. The House was in a nice neighborhood that was near a large variety of restaurants and places to shop. Once inside, we were greeted with a lit Christmas tree and many amenities that are a clear indication that she has the gift of hospitality. The house was spotless and well maintained. It was perfect for my wife and I, our son and wife, and two of our grandsons. We stayed only one night but would certainly come again for a longer stay.

We traveled for a volleyball tournament and it was our first time at Monroe. The home felt at home for all of our guests and we took away many great memories of our trip together. We appreciate all the fast communication and support during our stay. We had a guest leave behind a jersey and they were so helpful in finding it and mailing it back home for us. Celebrated our Moms 85th birthday with a few family members on the lake and we felt right at home! Home was well stocked with everything you can think of, home was immaculate and so comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating and two covered sunrooms… our biggest regret was that we didn’t have an extra day to enjoy more. Laurie was responsive and friendly, and our only feedback was to maybe have one more TV in one of the bedrooms but when you’re at a beautiful lake front home- who needs TV? (Our young adult children) love the master bedroom! Again, this was a perfect space for our family of 8 (plus a newborn) to enjoy. We have some amazing pictures of mom lakeside a she enjoyed her morning coffee Thank you Laurie- His grace is Amazing and so is this home.

I highly recommend the Little House in the Woods if you are in the Ruston area! My husband and I were in town for a baseball series against LaTech and travelling with a pet. The house was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we and our pooch needed. I loved relaxing on the front screened porch in the evenings. It's a very quick ride to Ruston for restaurants and stores. Also want to add that everyone in the area was so friendly!

This was our 2nd stay and we went back because the property is in a perfect location for us, the rooms are large and Ginger has thought of everything. We highly recommend her place. We felt comfortable arriving late at night, it was very peaceful and she has it fixed up super nice! We will be back for sure when we travel to that area.

Raktim And Lucky was very hospitable. We had a problem with getting in the house and they responsed in a very timely manner. All expectations were met.

My mom passed right before Christmas and Kia allowed us an early check in and made accommodations for us to stay much longer than the original reservation. This allowed us to make arrangements and attend her service with no worries about were we would stay. The place felt like home and was more than enough space for us to grieve and celebrate Christmas. Everything was clean and like new. Snacks were provided and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you!
