Due to the wildlife situation we ask that you do not bring pets. Close to McDonald Lake (15 mins), Kickinghorse reservoir (10 minutes) and Flathead Lake (25 mins). Glacier park is only a bit over an hour to reach from here. Many local activities in the summer or plan a hike in the beautiful Mission mountains. Peaceful and relaxing.

This family friendly cabin is located in the beautiful Mission Valley - midway between Kalispell and Missoula - at the base of North Crow Canyon. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer and climate control. One small bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a loft with a second queen bed, a twin bed and a small sitting area upstairs provide ample sleeping space. There is no tv or phone, but we do have free WIFI, and cell service. The Covered Porch frames the incredible Flathead Lake views.

The northern 100' of lake shore is more private and is set aside for clothing optional swimming, sunbathing and trail walking in 2 acres of woodland.

“Gee” side of Base Camp Bigfork Lodge

The lodge is divided into two separate sides however when you book, we block the other side for the duration of our stay. This allows us to not have to turn over the whole space but you still get it all to yourself. "The Gee Side" will be yours as well as the kitchen space. "The Haw Side" will be locked and unoccupied for your stay. This space serves as a perfect retreat for a couple to regroup between adventures.
