Vacation rentals in Lake Borumba

We had a fabulous 5 week stay at Kristyn's to have our baby on the Sunny Coast. Kristyn was super flexible with us extending our stay which made life so much easier. Kristyn was extremely responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed first our stay. She even left us some chocolates and baby toys to welcome our new addition. Kristyn's apartment was in a perfect location - about 5 minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches. the apartment was spotlessly clean and homely with amazing views (I would watch the ships passing daily 🤩). Parking was also great - there's plenty of street parking or you can park in the garage. Thank you again for your generous hospitality Kristyn! Jared & Suz

Very beautiful house, perfect for a getaway with friends. Spacious house with comfortable living areas, I would definitely come back to this home. Having a well stocked kitchen was definitely a highlight, for those planning to prepare their own meals… Not to mention the views were the cherry on top!

A lovely place tucked away on a quiet street. The duplex has its own private yard. It is spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely bedding and furnishings. Meghan's communication was excellent, and check-in was easy.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at Manny’s apartment. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place with a nice pool and proximity to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool and you can be on the apartment balcony and feel like you are poolside. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed. Air con excellent. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is a little tired but this was not an issue for us. Thank you Manny and team.

Yerranya is an lovely place to stay! The home is spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the coastal vibe. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail is taken care of. The pool is a standout feature, offering a serene spot to unwind. Overall, it’s a perfect retreat, and I can’t recommend it enough

Great location and view, apartment was well equipped too. Only thing I'd suggest is investment in block out blinds in the bedrooms and at least some kind of blind or curtain set-up in the living room. The apartment is due east so you get hammered by the sunrise! Would definitely stay here again though.

My extended family spent a rainy long weekend at Jayne’s place to celebrate an early Christmas. We absolutely loved the hot tub (even in the rain!) and the outdoor covered cantina was great for board games and cooking up a barbecue or some wood-fired pizza. The Mediterranean style meant the buildings were spaced out and we had a few different spaces for people to hang out. What stood out for us were the views, the stunning interior styling and the pool. Nearby towns were a lot closer than expected which was good for grabbing supplies, but the location still gave the impression of a peaceful retreat in the mountains. Thanks Jayne for being so contactable and flexible. I would like to stay again another time!

Dorine is an incredibly attentive and caring host going the extra mile with offering suggestions and meetups as well as some home baked delicious cookies, yet also respected guests privacy. Everything we needed was in the sweet and quirky cobhearthome and I loved that it was wi-fi free. We did find the couches a little uncomfortable but had no issue spending most of our time when home, on the super comfy bed with its organic bedding something I greatly appreciate. Absolutely loved the outdoor bath and its location was very private and tranquil looking out over a grassy field to the surrounding bush. Each morning we were visited by kookaburras and hares, the definitive bushy sounds of whiptail birds and gorgeous sunrises through the kitchen window. Cobhearthome is also in a perfect location where we were able to walk into Maleny within 10-15 mins or take a 4 min drive. Just lovely… thank you so much Dorine.
