Lake side house rentals in Lake Barkley

Teresa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This was a last minute booking for us to visit family during the early spring. This is a country style home with a large kitchen which met our needs perfectly. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the water. Teresa was a great host and we have since discovered that she has another Airbnb on the water. When we come back in the summer months we may rent that house as she was a terrific host.

Our stay went by very fast which is a sign of a good time if you like lake life it is a very nice place and James was great if I had a question

This is such a cute house right on the lake. The photos are just like the house really looks - a very pretty interior, everything is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication was fast and easy, we had a great stay!

We had a great stay. Cabin was clean and quiet. Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions! Very kind and friendly. Definitely planning to come back with my husband who will LOVE fishing here!

I rented the cabin for my elderly Mother who came to see me from Stone Mountain Ga and my mother said that her mattress was the best and the accommodations were great

The cabin was very clean and just as described. The host was extremely available and answered all our questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We used this house for our Salty Sister Ladies Winter Retreat. The views were amazing! Beautiful house with plenty of space and beds for our group. As described, the driveway is extremely steep and 4WD is needed. Age range was 16-80 and we were thankful for our two younger ones helping those with walking difficulty. Sadly, we broke a chair immediately upon sitting at the dining table. The leg was loose without her realizing. As described, the driveway is a battle for carrying things down and up the hill. But we had an amazing time together and so glad we braved it.

We got this house for our family Christmas celebration. It was perfect. Everyone had their own space,we brought in groceries and cooked in the beautiful kitchen. We asked for a Christmas tree and there was a beautiful tree fully decorated and ready for us. It really felt like home. The only thing is theGPS directions were wrong and there is no house number visible but not a big deal it's very easy to find. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Dock Holiday. The view was stunning and the house had so much space and everything we needed. We look forward to another family get together there in the future!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful here. Everything was well instructed and super easy. There was so much room and everything was so nice and clean. The view near the water was amazing. The neighborhood is so peaceful. It was literally such a peaceful getaway and i would and will be happily booking soon.

Stayed a few nights at Trent and Kaitlyn's place on the lake. We were in town for a hunting trip and their place was exactly what we needed. House was clean and easily accessible. Would stay there again.

I really can’t say enough about this property! The Rock House was everything & more. It’s the most perfect home from its stunning view of the lake to the beautifully decorated & nicely renovated inside of the home. It’s very cozy and has everything you need. There is definitely a special vibe to this place & Ryan and Diana were the most perfect hosts. This place is very special & unique and we will absolutely be returning as guests when we revisit the area. Michael was quick to answer all our questions! Beautiful home with spacious rooms and very nice furnishings and stocked with nice home essentials. Loved the amazing porch and peaceful surroundings.

This is a beautiful home that was very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals and every utensil or appliance we needed was there. The rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all 11 of us. The only down side to the stay was water access. We made it work, it was just not very convenient with small children.

We come to Grand Rivers often but your place was one of the best. We had our daughter and daughter in law with us and our two grand babies, we all had plenty of room and your house was very clean and well equipped. We will be visiting again!

We really enjoyed the house! Enough space to accommodate our whole family and not feel like you are on top of each other. Could have privacy if you wanted it. Well stocked kitchen, office for my son-in-laws to do a little work. Loved the amenities: ping pong table, corn hole, arcade and shuffleboard. Our entire family loved Kayaking and it was a highlight for us! The views and sunsets are spectacular.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. The host sent a message with checkin info the day before, we had no issues at all. The Eagles Nest was perfect! It was private, spacious and comfy. We felt right at home. The view was beautiful. The groomsman used our place to get ready, we got some great photos on the balcony. We are already trying to decide dates for our next family trip! 10/10 highly recommend.

This was a fabulous place to stay for our annual family vacation. The extra guest house was perfect. Everything was clean and spotless. Megan was so kind and responsive to all our messages. I recommend this house and Megan to anyone traveling in the Grand Rivers area.

Is a great place to stay. This was our second stay in this location. It is seasonal decorated and just an overall great place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This home is a must stay, if you are looking for a beautiful, scenic, cozy and private place to stay! The view of the lake is breathtaking and the bird feeders on the deck made you feel like you were one with nature! We had a visit from the Cardinal everyday of our visit. The home is clean, spacious and the host was Amazing!

Loved our stay at this home. The bed was so comfortable, big screen t.v. was nice for watching movies at night, the grill outside was the nicest grill at any rental we have ever stayed at. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was secluded and we saw deer every single day driving to the lake. The owner was very responsive and let us check in early since we got to town earlier than expected, also checked on us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week!
