Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Arenal

We loved our stay and didn't want to leave this place so everything was perfect! About 25 minutes from the different activities. The kitchen was cozy to cook simple meals. The space was very clean and the pool as well. Elias' response time was very fast. We highly recommend it!!

It was a really cool place. The hot tub was excellent. The whole property was set up really nice. There was a sloth in the tree right outside and monkeys. Super cool spot definitely would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We loved the garden, hot tub and bbq area. Amilcar and his wife were so friendly and helpful a during our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or a four person trip. The internet was excellent, we worked online all week with no issues. Thank you to Amilcar for your hospitality! We will be back :)

Wendy's place was wonderful. The house was great but we really enjoyed the deck, the outdoor hot-tub and the view! Would highly recommend it!

this was probably one of my favorite spots on our trip. We could see animals out the large windows. it was quiet and felt secluded yet we could walk two restaurants, shops and groceries. we enjoyed the orchid tour. Gloria gave us a good recommendation for a night tour. And she was very, very accommodating.

The beauty of this location astounded us! It’s dreamy and so private. The 2 hummingbirds and 2 rescue horses make it even more idyllic. We saw the most amazing sunset of our lives. It’s the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed in our lives. Thanks so much for sharing this magnificent place. The drive is worth it!

The place looks better than the photos. It is around a 15 minute drive to get into town which is no problem when renting a car, which is typical for La Fortuna. The pool was being maintained and cleaned during our stay so it was always fresh to swim in. The host is quick to respond and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here - the cabin was just like the photos and had a beautiful garden. It is 20 min away from La Fortuna, which was very convenient. Silvia was an amazing host! She gave us great recommendations and helped us book some tours.

If you are looking for a quiet private location - look no further! If you are looking for a kind and responsive host - look no further. A great host and a beautiful peaceful and romantic space. We highly recommend.

This was the most incredible place, only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We were so amazed by the nature, surroundings and the beauty of this Airbnb! Everything was clean, there was so much to see and explore. Irene gave us lots of recommendations and it was only a 25 minute drive from La Fortuna where we did many activities. It was the cutest place for our girls trip and would 10000% recommend to anyone!! We will be back :)

Really great experience in Cabaña Eucalyptus! This small cabin in the heart of Monte Verde is absolutely beautiful. It's new, comfortable, clean and very well-equipped, everything you need to relax and unwind. The service is top notch; Cristina and her family were very attentive and gave us a wonderful tour of the trail that surrounds the property. They also surprised us with organic local products from the estate for breakfast, which was a real treat. The place also has coffee plantations, banana and banana, making the experience even more special. The view and sunset were amazing, increasing the charm of the place. Definitely excellent quality for the price. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about it! The pictures don‘t really show, what a beautiful place it really is. Situated on a little remote mountain, the sweet cabin overviews a stunning garden and gives a great panoramic view over the surrounding wild nature. Sitting on the terrace in the morning, you can closely watch hummingbirds having a feast on the many flowers nearby. The family which owns the cabin is very friendly and gives their best to make you feel welcome! They even showed us their beautifully painted traditional carreta (oxcart) and shared a little bit of their culture with us. The nearby village monterrey has everything you need: small supermarkets, bakery, restaurant. You can even enjoy bathing and fishing in a lovely river nearby, but you need to have a high or mid clearance car or suv to get down that bumpy road, if you want to go for a swim.

EL SOL is extraordinarily beautiful! It's hard to describe how special it is- the gorgeous natural surroundings, the wonderful food, the unique and refreshing pool and the beautiful mountains surrounding the area. I could have stayed a long time and regret that our stay was so short. Thank you Susanne and Javier for such a wonderful time and the attention and love you have put into EL SOL! We will be back!

This was a fun little cabin to stay in while in the La Fortuna area! You are right in the middle of nature with walking trails right behind the house and gorgeous landscaping in the front. We heard a loud sound outside around 9pm and looked out.. it was a cute little critter climbing up the tree! I'd recommend bringing a white noise machine or ear plugs if you find things like that too distracting or hard to fall asleep to. Otherwise, it's awesome! The kitchen area had everything we needed and more, and there is a market close by if you need to stock up on food or items. The outdoor shower was so nice! It's about 15-20 minutes to get from the cabin to the center of La Fortuna, so you feel in the middle of nowhere but still very close to everything.

Beautiful property and location. Easy access to La Fortuna and all of the excursions we did. Joselyn was quick to answer any questions we had. If we came back to La Fortuna we would stay here again.

This cabana was super beautiful! Looks exactly like the photos, nice view out the large windows. The place was set up very nicely when we came in with a little snack and drink and flower petals. Gerard was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.
