Farm house on working horse farm. Originally built circa 1850, the house was most recently renovated in 2023. The farm is home to around 20 horses and two tractors. The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980. Kings Dominion Theme Park - 17 miles Meadow Event Park/State Fair - 20 miles Lake Anna Pleasants Landing - 12 miles Town of Ashland - 21 miles Downtown Richmond - 33 miles 15 min from I-95 Across the street we have a 3B/2b as well. We stayed here with a large group for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect location for a big gathering of friends and offered such a fun space for us to enjoy being together. The hot tub easily fit 15+ and is in close proximity to the fire pit allowing for a fun vibe in the evening outdoors. Friends went kayaking and enjoyed the movie theatre and game room. Bedrooms were beautiful. We would 100% recommend!

Peaceful location and just the right size. We enjoyed our time sitting on the porch reading, eating and just rocking in the large rocking wooden rocking chairs while chatting. We watched the ducks and geese on the lake. In the evenings, we could see the turtles stick their heads out of the water. Although there was lots to do, we only took advantage of the pools. If you are someone who wants to be doing something and planning activities to keep little ones busy, you have lots of options at the resort where this cabin is located.

I suprised my fiancee with a birthday getaway with all of his friends here at Lake Anna. We had such an amazing time and everything was perfect! The area is so quiet and peaceful and such a beautiful sight. The house was PERFECT! Everything was clean, the blankets were plentiful and smelled clean. We had a group of 9 and everyone fit perfect. Supplies were stocked and Daniel was super responsive to all of my questions. We LOVED the hot tub overlooking the beautiful views of the lake. 10/10 amazing weekend and me & fiancee will surely be back to enjoy solo quality time :)

Chris was very helpful and responsive, and proactively reached out to offer local recommendations. The resort staff was incredibly nice and responsive, and the yurt was spacious and clean. It was a short drive to Gordonsville for restaurants, and a slightly longer but convenient and manageable drive to Charlottesville. I’d strongly suggest BBQ exchange and Well Hung winery restaurant in Gordonsville, and Barboursville Winery was incredible.
