Cottage vacation rentals in Lake Ann

The cottage was exactly what we expected, and more so. The view of the lake was just as spectacular in the morning as it was in the evenings!! Beautiful location. Nice, older style cabin. Very clean. Hosts were very nice and great communicators. Beach was beautiful and private. Super clear water; found a number of Petoskey stones and saw some nice rainbow trout swimming around. Would definitely visit again

This was our second time staying at little elk cottage - it’s a great location, comfortable space, and has views for days! We loved building a fire at sunset. We did have an issue upon checking in but Chelsea was extremely responsive and quick to fix the problem. We had a great time & we’ll visit again.

This was our first repeat Airbnb experience, we enjoyed Laurie’s place that much! It’s peaceful and the lake is lovely, no matter the time of year. Close to Short’s brewing and Schuss mountain, not far from Boyne, it’s quiet but still well located to have a great up north adventure. It’s also well stocked with toys and books, which is a great plus for our family! And Laurie is super responsive and kind. We might stay a third time!

We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. Its spacious, cozy, and has all the amenities you would need. The beach front is beautiful and right across the street. We loved the view from the front room as well. Special thanks to Jeff for being a great host. We loved all his recommendations! The neighbors are also wonderful and friendly. We hope to be back here soon!

Wonderful cottage in a great location — Enjoyed hikes at sleeping bear and restaurants downtown TC within a short drive. Spacious and clean with excellent hosts - Perfect spot for an up north getaway!

We stayed at Kelly’s place over the week of Christmas to visit family and it was amazing. Beautiful views, which is what we initially came for. So peaceful and serene. We watched ducks and walked the beach and found stones and seashells, which my kids loved. Our family stopped by for a short while to visit and they all couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the house was. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back one day! Thanks for everything!

The cabin was soo cute and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay. We ended each of our nights in the hot tub which was just perfect. The area was so pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Traverse City that was recommended by Michelle. We would definitely love to visit again.

The location was great, the decor was perfect for a North woods cabin, the driveway was clear of snow and no complaints. Really enjoyed the hot tub, I've been disappointed before by warm tubs, this was excellent.

We had a great time with family, 4 couples. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds were cozy. Beautiful, private space right on the trails. Andreia was friendly. Very easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this cabin and the other two cabins on the property. It’s beautifully up to date, clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the hot tubs are the best. Great location with everything you need. We grilled in the snow over New Years and loved it. Lauren has always been responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Lauren and Tom!!

Wonderful stay in a winter wonderland! Was surprised upon arrival with birthday decorations and a welcome basket, which made me feel right at home. Clean, cozy, warm fire, spacious hot tub, and beautiful lake views. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We love the location and used this as a home base to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, Leland, Traverse City and Boyne Mountain. The house was exactly what we needed! Everything was wonderful and they had everything we could need. Any time we had a question she responded quickly. I would absolutely recommend staying here and believe we will be back!

This air bnb was beautiful! It’s very private and on lots of land. My dogs loved running around!! There is a hiking trail right down the street that you can actually get to from the backyard. The host was very responsible and flexible, as we got snowed in and they offered us another night at a reduced price. There are hunters nearby so make sure to be safe with your dogs and wear the reflective jackets they provide if you’re exploring.

Jake's place was clean and comfortable. it is a good spot to stay if you're exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the surrounding attractions.

Great spot, exactly what we needed! It’s small and cozy, in a quiet area 10-15 minutes drive from anything you need. Smooth check in, clean spot, had whatever amenities you could think of. One thing: If you are taller than me (6’4) you may have some trouble with the bathroom. I made it work but were I an inch taller I wouldn’t have been able to fit for certain activities 😂

Nikki’s cottage was super clean, cozy, and had all my spouse and our two Labs needed for a visit over Thanksgiving weekend. The dogs had room to romp outside (and more with romping at the dog park in town). The cottage is just off the road, but there was little traffic so it was quiet and the trees created privacy. We were happily surprised that someone plowed the driveway and shoveled the front steps after it snowed. We’d stay again because of its location (private, walkable road, close to a park with a small beach) and how easy it was to have our dogs there, but the bed was too soft for us and that made it hard to sleep well.

Our family loved our stay. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. This is a very clean, and well kept, place that I would highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway. It was extremely accommodating for our two year old as well.
