We loved staying at Hanh’s place, it was tidy and clean, perfect size for our group of 6. Hanh is friendly, welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again and I recommend to all!

We had a good stay at Tara’s place. She was very responsive for any queries we had and easily reachable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description. We had a good experience.

The place is spotless! The bedroom is in a separate room which is nice. It's in a quiet areas and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to any local restaurants. 7-11 is about 5 minutes walk and behind the corner there is a really good meat place where you can cook your own meat. If you want more food options walk to the main road, there a good local food court on the opposite side. W district is down the road, there lots of international cuisine there. You can get a taxi for about 50thb or jump on one of those small local buses for 10thb

The apartment is a huge place and clean and well stock. Has 3 Big rooms and very comfortable. Keep it up and will recomend a Large family to stay. Well dine giat and thank you for a lovelh stay

Great area: apartment complex is located in very quiet and green district wuth lots of facilities. Condo is new, neat and tidy. The ghost was very helpful and kind, providing everything we needed.

Building is super modern. Great views. Used the gym nearly everyday. Was fun exploring the restaurants in the area. Short walking distance to Makro and Big C. Yoyo was always responsive and available for questions. That makes Yoyo a Super Host. Thank you for sponsoring this condo.

Great place to stay. Clean and safe area. Bee had us met at the front door when we arrived, they showed us around and answered all our questions. Bee's place is right near the river, so very easy to catch the ferries around. Google doesn't always give directions by ferry but it was so easy to get around from there. Highly recommended. We had a great stay here with our kids. The pool is a great addition. The gym is fully equipped with new equipment. The location is easy walking distance to public transport and the mall terminal 21. It’s in a quiet area but within five mins of walking you are amongst the crowds. The host is very helpful and whilst it’s not as new as other accom it has everything we needed. Thank you. 😊

I stayed for a month, and the accommodation had everything I needed and was very clean. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The transportation is also very convenient. I highly recommend it.

Bruce's condo is fantastic. It's very convenient to get anywhere in Bangkok. The space is spacious and living here is very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many restaurants and takeout options nearby. I really liked a Thai basil restaurant, a burger place, and a pizza delivery service (one of the best pizzas I've ever had). In the evening, the street food is great too. All the facilities in the room work well. I used the washing machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The room is very quiet. With the windows closed and curtains drawn, you can sleep very well. The bedding is also very comfortable. Bruce is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly. I would give this condo a 100 out of 100. If anyone is coming to Bangkok, I highly recommend staying here.

very good value for the money charged. there is a previous review that says that there's no curtains in the main room. that's not actually true they're on a remote control and you press the button and the curtains come down they're kind of hidden so it's not obvious but definitely they're there.

Austin's place is a jewel and exactly like the photos. The house is easy to find, well maintained and very, very clean. Responsive hosts, very lovely. Felt right away home upon entering the house. I will try to rent it again once in Bangkok.

Everything was beautiful and the price of the house was very suitable, which needs a simple house consisting of two floors with three rooms on the top and at the bottom, a dining room and a kitchen that does not hesitate. The price was very convenient and it is considered little compared to the other houses Thank you so much for your interest in us ( the owner of the house was wonderful and understanding thank you)!!
