Great place to stay in. We liked that its in a private village, away from the busy areas of Tagaytay. Most importantly, they are pet friendly. We took our furbaby for walkies every mornings and nights within the village, and near the village entry gate. Overall a great deal and we'll surely book the place again.

Michael and his wife have a wonderful "Deserted Island" . They are some of the most friendly hosts I've ever had with Airbnb. They were happy to share meals, show us around the island, and we easily formed a friendship! The property is quiet and very beautiful, surrounded by palm trees on 3 sides, and the beach on the other. Michael offers kayaks and badminton rackets and there's several great beaches for swimming nearby. The 2 bedrooms are very nicely put together, with high-quality furnishings and linens. The outdoor (but well covered) bathrooms are just stunning and a joy to use. Do note that the 2 rooms are quite private but the kitchen area is in a more shared area. Kitchen is very well equipped! As a digital nomad, I particularly enjoyed that the property is well covered by Starlink. This part of Mindoro is very remote. We made it with a regular car, but to properly explore I'd highly recommend a 4x4. Come prepared with groceries as there's not much around. Overall, 10/10

Two words: corner unit. The living room, patio and master’s bedroom had sweeping views of the lake, and the breeze that was coming in was invigorating. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living spaces are cozy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A dedicated parking space is provided. There is a supermarket, 24-hour convenience store, a Starbucks store and numerous restaurants around. If you feel like staying in and cooking, there is a Santi’s Delicatessen there, too, for ingredients. We had dinner at Breakfast by Antonios which is a short drive away, and breakfast at Le Creperie before leaving. Two more words: stay longer.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Randy was able to accommodate us even if we were booking a day before our planned stay. The bed is comfy and the air conditioning is strong. The water heater works well and the place is really clean. Bidet is available. Mylene is easy to communicate with. The view of Taal from the balcony is a bit obstructed by post lines but you can still see its beauty. You have an option to use the stairs when the elevator gets crowded and there's a long line. The wifi connection works. You'll be able to stream movies but its speed would not support HD live streaming or downloading large files. I was able to do online office meetings smoothly without video. Should you need parking, you'd need to walk for about 5-10 minutes to/from the clubhouse area.

This is an awesome place to stay with a breathtaking view of the taal volcano. outside there are gorgeous fields to stroll around on as well as pools and a basketball court. everyone around seems to be unbelievably friendly (it's probably the place). the caretaker is also incredibly kind and accommodating to us and super helpful with any request. 5 stars, thanks so much for the stay!
