The apartment absolutely keeps what it promises. The panorama from the glazed balcony on the southeast side is priceless. You look at the river and the vineyards and when the train passes through the valley, it's a bit like looking at an idyllic model railway. The first coffee in the sun tastes particularly good. The amenities leave nothing to be desired and there are some loving details such as a selection of books and games, in case you forgot yours. All was sparkling clean. Information about the area is also available in the apartment. Nevertheless, Frauke even made personal recommendations adapted to our needs. Totally nice! We were able to start directly from the apartment on various hiking routes with spectacular viewpoints (highly recommended: the Lahn hiking trail to Nassau via Hoheley) and did not have to move the car. All in all a beautiful stay! We will definitely be back.

Very nice spacious apartment. The apartment was super clean and had good facilities in the bathroom, kitchen and cleaning room. The furnishings are still a bit old-fashioned, but this has no influence on the cozy feeling that the apartment exudes.

Sabine is a fantastic hostess and the Hansen-Haus is a lovely and complete accommodation. Everything has really been thought of! Eggs and jam in the fridge upon arrival and since we were in the cottage during New Year's Eve there was even a gift bag in front of the door with champagne and oil spheres. Breakfast at bakery Krechel with etagères full of goodies was a tip from Sabine and that was great. We'd love to come back!

A lovely and spacious apartment, οn the ground floor of the owners’ house. Fully equipped and with a wonderful garden and a view to the mountain. Peaceful, one can only hear the little river nearby. Roswitha -that knew i would be arriving late- was very kind to leave me some things for breakfast. I also appreciated the available desk where i could work comfortably.

Everything was great and, above all, quiet. It was even possible without a car. Bus stops at the door. Great hikes in the upper Middle Rhine Valley in the immediate vicinity. Bernhard was very kind and helpful.

We liked the place very much and can recommend it without reservation. Bert and Helga are very nice hosts and we could ask at any time if we needed anything. We were even provided with Sunday rolls. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, a nicely furnished living room in the pleasantly cool basement - everything is available and we will be happy to come back. If you want to conquer the beautiful region of the Rheingau, you can start very well from here and see a lot of beautiful and interesting things. Hospitality and good wine are available nearby and within walking distance. It was a wonderful vacation with you! ☺️👏🏻

These days we have been very confortable. Everything has been excellent.

We had a particularly nice contact with Brigitte in the run-up to our vacation. She is so warm and welcomed us lovingly. And if we had a question, she responded immediately to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She succeeded very well, because we had very nice vacation days in the very clean and very well-kept apartment. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The atmospheric Christmas decoration was the "icing on the cake." The super beautiful view of mountains and fields from the living room is also great. We are hiking enthusiasts and that's exactly what you can do wonderfully in the nearby area. We will definitely be happy to come back.

What a fantastic place! The second time we stayed here. The cottage is not only stylish and comfortably furnished, but it also has that little extra luxury that makes your stay special. The bath is absolutely a highlight – wonderfully large and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The garden is a hidden gem: spacious, green and completely fenced, which was ideal for our dog, who could run around freely. In addition, the privacy here was top, so we could really enjoy the tranquility and nature. 1 small point of attention. The cottage is located on an uphill street. Entering is no problem, backing up the street again requires some attention!

If you want to feel the peaceful European countryside, I recommend it. You can have fun with the kids in the meadow that stretches out of the terrace and naturally observe the horses and goats grazing.Even though it was a same-day reservation, the accommodation was very well organized and everything we needed was prepared. Yannik and her lovely twins Konstantin and klara were very welcoming to my 2 year old daughter. Thanks to you, my baby also had a very nice time. Since the accommodation is on the hillside, it takes about 6-7 minutes by car to the amenities, and for those who are inexperienced in driving, it may feel difficult to get to the accommodation. Thank you for your warm welcome and we had really enjoyed.

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!
