A sanctuary for relaxation. Thanks to Ka Ipe & his wife! Ka Ipe was very kind in guiding us from the port to the lakehouse, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and they even have a charming dog that entertained us during our stay! If you like the cozy winds of the countryside, make no mistake. This is one of the best places to feel the breeze, only amplified by the aesthetic Kubo with a breathtaking view of the lakeside. On the other hand, if you enjoy water activities, the kayak experience would be one of your most memorable moments in this island, since the view while in the middle of the lake will give you a lot of photos to take. The water is also clean, so you won't regret it if you take a quick dip. Overall, the experience is so surreal, you might be left wanting for more if you only stayed there for a day or 2. A vacation for 3 days is necessary to enjoy everything the island could offer. Absolutely recommend, and would come back if given the chance!

I would love to recommend Gabby’s Farm for anyone and everyone who would like a peaceful, safe, fun & rejuvenating getaway. I came with my family and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. All the people there were so friendly and helpful! All the amenities and welcome were so heartfelt and beautiful, and the overall scenery was serene and breathtaking. 10/10 would come back! Thank you so much po for your hospitality and warmth.

Photos don’t do justice - first time in Lipa, but fell in love with the province in big part to Max’s home and hospitality. The area is so cool cause of the mountain breeze - the trees swaying sounded so much like waves. So so serene. Spent my mornings sipping coffee by the couch (which overlooks this large field), my sibling playing pool, and my dog running around freely. Felt like its own serene world. A big thank you to Kuya Mac Mac - who is also an amazing cook and helped us so much. 🙂 On to creature comforts: There’s private parking, the rooms are cozy, it’s a gated compound (so safe! they give you a remote for the gate so you can come and go whenever), there’s a proper closet, internet was great (I was able to take calls), spacious bathroom, lots of private spots (like, if you want a break from your group - there’s a small living space by the balcony besides the room), and Solar-heated shower. We’re definitely coming back. 🙂

Although we did not get to stay due to the rainy weather the night before our stay, the host communicated to us well the condition of the property and provided us a full refund. This alone makes us trust that his listing is accurate. We hope to be able to enjoy his property in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay , For a person who values privacy and space, this place is perfect, the place was clean and very straight forward. kuddos to ms. alex and her team for being so proactive and easy to talk with .The location was perfect and easy to find. definitely a steal . 100 % will book a much longer stay soon.

Super enjoyed our stay at Happy Farm Villa! Spacious, new and complete amenities (they even have a dry sauna!), clean, natural design aesthetics, helpful and polite caretakers. Like the wall TV projection. Love the long dining tables for my tablescapes. I wish we stayed longer and have some barbecue night. Perfect for weekend RnR. Best for families and large groups.

The place was amazing and the view was impeccable. Truly a great place to relax if you want to go somewhere away from city. Ms. Grace was also very nice and responsive and the caretakers were very helpful. There are also a lot of kitchenware that you can use which is a plus since we didn't have to use our disposables. The wifi is also strong enough for my cousins who needed to work remotely during our stay. Just some notes to set expectations for future guests: -The road going to the place was very small, maybe just nice for our Innova to go through -The listing photos are not updated but it did not negatively affect our stay -The outdoor tub on the photo was not functional (I was looking forward to this but the pool and the view was just as amazing) -One toilet had flush issues -Another toilet had a spoiled shower but the caretakers were very quick to fix it so kudos to that Even with the above comments, our stay was still truly remarkable. Thank you Ms. Grace and team!

Not the best but a decent place to stay and relax. Great view of the Taal volcano and the lake.

Our stay at Noel's Farm was an excellent break from our busy schedule. The place is exceptional for family with kids. The resort offers variety of fun activities. My nieces and nephews were thrilled with their outdoor farm, spacious gardens, playground and their living room area. We were assisted in every possible way. The owners and staff are very accommodating and friendly. We felt safe and well taken cared of! The magic of the place is its casual charm, warm and inviting ambiance. It is a breath of fresh air away from the city. A spectacular view! Thank you Noel's Farm for that much needed family getaway. We (especially the kids) had a lovely experience and can’t wait to go back. We will surely recommend this hidden gem to our friends. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very relaxing ambiance, 20pax can sleep comfortably they provided extra mattress. We enjoyed our stay “sulit”. Kudos to the host and people who assisted us, they were very accomodating.

We checked in late at Esperanza's place and she made sure that we get attended to when we got there! JV took care of our needs as soon as we arrived and he guided us around the place and made us feel right at home! We really had a great time and we'll be sure to come back with family and friends! Thanks again to the host and her awesome team!

Sir Wine and Ms Ollie’s place was all it promised to be, and more. When we were greeted with their welcoming staff, the relaxing music that was playing throughout the grounds as we entered, and the welcome drinks and snacks, we knew off the bat that it was going to be a weekend to remember. The accommodations and amenities were all well thought of. Practical and classy taste was seen all throughout the property. It was not just a place to hang your hat, but they made it feel like home. The food, albeit it was only breakfast that they served, was filling and uber yummy. We ended up buying almost everything they served, so we could attempt to repeat the meals back home. Thank you for going above and beyond Ms Ollie, Sir Wine, and Ate Jasmin. Our family will always be grateful.

Sir Rhandy's siblings were all approachable and very friendly! Perfect for a simple and quiet staycation.
