The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to many of the local highlights. The apartment is roomy, very well appointed and spotless. The complex has security 24/7 who are extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

A very great apartment in the perfect location. Communication was always very friendly and fast. We were able to leave our luggage on both arrival and departure. Josephyn explained everything to us and we felt very comfortable.

This place is amazing. It is comfortable, spacious, has all amenities and sunrise and city views. While celebrating New Years we were treated to a 180° view of a city scape full of fireworks. Robert, Karina's associate, was available and responsive at all times during our stay. City center was a 15 minute taxi ride away. We traveled with elderly parents with mobility restrictions who were comfortably accommodated in the first floor bedroom. We also traveled with a two year old who loved the play room. We had two people working from home who worked in the comfortable office space. The kitchen was big enough to be able to cook in and feed nine adults and one toddler. I highly recommend this place.

The attention that Rosita gave us from the first day was excellent, the house was very clean, it helped us with the consultations we had. She greeted us with nice juice and water, as Arequipa surprised us with the heat it was. We will definitely be back in the apartment of Rosita. Thank you Rosita
