Very organized space, beautiful view of the pool and excellent location. 24/7 concierge and mt friendly gatekeepers. Miriam was very solicitous. Just one point for those who want to use the gym: the appliances are a little old and have no air conditioning in the lounge.

The excellent Depto is as described, the truth is a very good experience , everything worked correctly , it has air both in the living room and in the room and very quiet and safe super recommended !!!

Sergio is an excellent host, always available and with good recommendations. The apartment is much better than the photos, spacious and spacious. We used all the facilities and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, we used a car and the parking lot was very useful, but still walking you are close to everything you need for the stay, which was amazing.

Wonderful apartment, has 2 exits (facing the sea and on the back street) , market, pharmacies, restaurants next to the building, the craft fair is a 3-minute walk away. Well assembled apartment, everything we need. It is located in the best neighborhood of Maceió. The view from the pool is beautiful. I didn't meet Flávio in person, but he helped me with everything I needed, the porters are super polite, helpful and kind. I had booked the apartment for April/24 but I lost my mother 15 days before the trip, talked to him and promptly agreed to change the date for the following year. You can rent without fear is sure you will like it very much. The only part I didn't like was having to come away from this piece of paradise... The apartment is very well located, exactly as in the photos. It was very clean and tidy! The staff of the building are very friendly and have made it very easy to check in. Also, Alexandre was very helpful and supported us throughout the stay! Super I recommend the apto. We had great days in Maceió!!!
