I liked to stay there too much, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, the space is amazing, the piano is not even talked about, very beautiful bathroom, comfortable rooms, I as a good northeastern I loved the nets, only I forgot to read the part that had no place in the garage 🤣🤣 but promptly João warned by phone and avoided any problems with the neighbors.

It was a very good stay, great home and accommodated everyone very well! The high point was the goats! Thanks for everything!

I hired the space to make a celebration and Flavia was super attentive. The place is great for events and for welcoming guests, everyone liked the place. The house is clean and tidy and the host is super polite. Super recommend renting the space!

Very comfortable, the delicious shower, the tb bed, great location and the trade below it helps a lot to buy something at the last minute, have a coffee and circulate there.

The stay was great. Tiago and a lot of good people, being super flexible with check in time. The loft is wonderful, it is in a very good hotel, outside that is close to just about everything. Practical and cozy!

excellent place to be or live, very clean and tidy, I loved it, unfortunately I only went for a few days but I would like to live in that place and Jobeniva is an excellent host. Super recommended! The stay was great, well-equipped apartment and very well located. I was with my family and we feel very welcome and accommodated in Daniel's apartment, including my puppy. Daniel, gave us all the information on how to get there, from the accommodation and tips of places to eat around. Some places we were foot for the short distance. He replied quickly and promptly. Although our stay quickly, I would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood is super quiet. My son was the one who stayed, but it went well with Alex. I recommend the place.

Great local! Everything according to the photos, location is wonderful, nearby commerce is excellent. Marina is very kind and very available, always responding super fast and being available at all times. I very much recom!!!!

All I have to do is compliment and thank you. Certainly the best space I have ever stayed in Brasilia. Besides the excellent location, João is very capricious with the details. We find amenities I rarely find on Airbnb (salt, oil, sugar, cleaning products) that make it TOO easy for guests to stay. We'll be back soon!

The location is excellent! Good restaurant options nearby, plus the shopping center a few meters away, with food and shopping options (plus exchange house). Very attentive hosts, in fact we had a small inconvenience in arriving and they resolved us immediately. 100% recommended.

Flávia and Alysson have been kind since the beginning of the reservation. The apartment is fully equipped with the necessary for a quiet stay. The kitchen has the appliances that I usually use, the bed linen are beautiful and everything very organized. The location of the flat is great for those who want to know the city. It was a great stay, I recommend.

I booked Denise’s place for my parents while they were visiting Brasilia, despite language barriers, Denise was super attentive, communicative and caring since the booking was confirmed. She was extremely helpful in making sure my parents would have an enjoyable stay, and went to great lengths to assist us such as finding a driver for them during their stay, after the one a friend recommended fell through, and she even paid for a ride! Both the resort and apartment are gorgeous and perfect for walking and enjoying a visit to the Brazilian capital. Highly recommend anyone visiting this city to stay at Denise’s apartment, your home away from home in Brasilia!

Easy to access place, check-in at any time, very quiet to stay. Hotel reception staff are very requested. Pleasant environment, with extra services such as gym and swimming pool. I recommend it!

Functional space, well located with excellent structure, well equipped the apartment and building. Cleaning, location and structure of cafes, markets, laundry. Cafe with a rooftop view, a gym that also catered to the pretension.
