Super clean little apartment in a very quiet location. If you are looking for a place away from the tourist hustle and bustle, Laura will find it.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had lovely patios to spend time on. It was right next to a plaza with two cafes and close to a supermarket. Would stay here again for sure

We stayed for 2 months in Padua at Alberto's place and everything was great. The apartment is nice, clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities; the location is excellent (8 minutes walk from the city centre, 5 minutes walk from the hospital). Alberto is very helpful, he responded quickly to messages and warmly welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything important in detail. Also, organized cleaning service once a week is a big advantage. We really recommend staying here, even for a longer period.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and couldn't take much of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and with good facilities. The mattress was great and good in size. There are some businesses and a large supermarket nearby. The hike to downtown is relatively short and enjoyable.

A beautiful location with beautiful views. Authentic and beautifully kept. Met all our needs and more. Pasqualina was a wonderful host. We hope to return one day.

The accommodation and especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Gianangelo and his son Lucio welcomed us in a friendly way and are very likeable and accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the great time!

Stefano is an excellent host and was already waiting for us upon our arrival. The apartment is well furnished, all top furniture and very clean. The view from the balcony and terrace is breathtaking. We would come back. Thank you for everything.

Amazing view, great apartment, chic grounds. The only thing is to choose the right road to check in, because there are many small and very narrow roads. My advice to check into the villa should ONLY be done from the top at the bottom, and check-out, even if you need to go down to Garda in a straight line, only from the bottom up, and then on the normal road again down to the Garda. Yes, there will be a little hook, but trust me it is well worth it. Otherwise 10/10 !!!

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Both indoors and by the pool. It is super located for shopping, picking up rolls and to the water/center it is also not far. We would come back.

Andrea's place is ideal to feel at home, he takes care of making sure everything is perfect. On the day of entry I inform you of the time you will arrive to be waiting for you and give you all the information. The peacefulness, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable.

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

Delightful and clean apartment in a strategic location in Riva del Garda, great for walking around. a very useful thing is definitely the reserved parking, a washing machine and dishwasher. we had a very good time!

We travel with a camper van and needed a place to regroup (shower, cook meals for next leg, etc.) Place fit the bill. Parking for van, AMAZING shower. Excellent cooking ware. Very comfortable place and attentive host. Quick bus ride to downtown Padova and to the train station, 40 minute train ride to Venice. Very convenient.

We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!

I don’t have words to say how we loved this home. This place is adorable and has everything that you need , we have felt as we were at our home. Everything is perfect, decorated, clean and comfortable. It is with great satisfaction that we rate this paradise with a score of 10. Paolo and Marianna are adorable , friendly , responsive , super attentive and a kind guys. We got a new exceptional italian fiends. Thank you so much Paolo and Marianna for the opportunity in staying in that wonderful and unforgettable place.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We felt welcome at Loretta's from the beginning. She personally welcomed us and showed us the most important. The apartment was extremely clean and very well appointed. It is a little away from the old town of Sirmione, which did not bother us. For this, the area is quiet and restaurants, bars, supermarkets or a gelateria are still within walking distance. For children there are great playgrounds close by. From the apartment you can easily make excursions to other cities (e.g. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venice). Loretta was very helpful and answered us many questions. She gave us great tips for things to do, restaurants, cafes, parking, etc. For our little daughter, a travel bed and a high chair were provided.

We and our dog enjoyed this accommodation very much. There are a lot of good restaurants around, a lot of supermarkets and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station, which is also very convenient. Denis was very friendly, told us about the neighborhood and gave us good recommendations.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Alice was super helpful and kind, before our arrival she made us find some water in the fridge, the heating already active in the house and also asked us how we wanted the pillows. We were welcomed by the mother and she was also super genitile and explained everything to us and it was unclear. We really recommend staying here, you are practically in the center but the street is quiet and you can't hear any noise. We'll definitely be back because my two dogs were very quiet as if we were at home.
