The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had lovely patios to spend time on. It was right next to a plaza with two cafes and close to a supermarket. Would stay here again for sure

The view from the balcony is very beautiful, the place is spacious and the pool has particularity in the middle of the week 👌🏼 and interested in the gardens surrounding the house For the excellent location in the middle of the lake it is easy to explore the surroundings of the lake .. Sydonie is super friendly. She was very responsive throughout our stay and gave lots of clear instructions and recommendations. The apartment has lots of very modern appliances and an awesome, giant TV! We loved exploring the area and the Cascate Del Varone which is only a 9 minute drive away. Many local supermarkets and friendly neighbours. If you have a dog, there is a great walking trail towards the castle that we would do every morning which offered amazing views! Would stay again :)

The accommodation and especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Gianangelo and his son Lucio welcomed us in a friendly way and are very likeable and accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the great time!

A very nice and clean apartment I loved the place is quiet and beautiful in the bathroom. I advise the families to live in it, especially the married ones (a honeymoon) with a kitchen, integrated tools, and the most beautiful owner of the apartment is nice and quick to respond

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. The view is 10/10. The only little tiny issue we had was the fact that we wer in the 1st floor and apparently the neighbours on the ground floor could hear us even tho we were not making any unusual loud sounds. Everything else was perfect, thank you for the amazing stay🥰

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Both indoors and by the pool. It is super located for shopping, picking up rolls and to the water/center it is also not far. We would come back.

Very nice little house with small garden behind it. An inviting environment for hiking. The dogs were able to let off steam. No one felt disturbed. We would love to vacation here again. Thank you for everything.

What can I say... everything was great! Silvia is really kind and available for any request and to provide information about the place, the house is super equipped with impeccable cleanliness and a huge garden for us and our animals, which were gladly accepted! And then... the moment of relaxation in the heated tub overlooking the snow-capped mountains... a dream! Thanks again, we hope to be back soon. 😍

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The place was excellent and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to get to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and a dog. It has a dog playground and plenty of opportunities for children. The highlight was the little stroll train.

The place has a really nice location, walking distance to the shore of Riva del garda within 10 minutes. You can explore a lot in the area & many tasty restaurants. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who likes to need some peace but still wants to be in the center quickly, due to the private parking you don't have to worry about looking for a parking space. We and our dog loved the stay, we would always come back! ☀️ Communication and check-in went smoothly.

We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!

Beatrice's house is just wonderful. Everything is great and decorated with a lot of love. Great details can be found everywhere. Simply everything is new and modern. The view of Lake Garda is phenomenal and we enjoyed the great and large balcony to the fullest. Everything you need is available and much more. Beatrice is a very nice, lovable and attentive hostess who was always available to us and gave helpful tips for activities. We felt very comfortable at all times. Grazie mille per tutto, Beatrice!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We felt welcome at Loretta's from the start. She personally welcomed us and showed us the most important things. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped. It is located a little off the old town of Sirmione, which did not bother us. But the area is quiet and restaurants, bars, supermarkets or a gelateria are still within walking distance. For children, there are great playgrounds nearby. From the apartment you can easily make excursions to other cities (e.g. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venice). Loretta was very helpful and answered many questions. She gave us great tips for activities, restaurants, cafes, parking, etc. A travel bed and high chair were provided for our little daughter.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily. Considering the quality of the apartment and the impeccable renovation, the price is really great. A special thank you also to the girl who manages it: very kind and always available

Cozy and bright, the apartment is located a stone's throw from the center in a quiet and quiet location; the comfortable and well-organized spaces have allowed us to spend our vacation in total comfort. Alice is very nice and helpful, attentive to her guests' needs and professional. We immediately felt at home!
