From check-in, communication, stay, to departure was a mere blessing. The home was so spacious , with impeccable amenities. The back yard is so beautiful and peaceful. I think what I lobed thr most was the floorplan. I loved that the greatroom divided thr bedrooms . I had boy gbabies on 1 side and girls on the other! The greatroom was so fitting! I can't say enough able the open kitchen. Absolutely ... we will be back Lord Willing!

This was a fantastic AirBnb that we were lucky was available on such short notice. Thibodaux is a nice town and we enjoyed that this place was walkable to downtown/the bars (about 10 minutes) and also a (about 15 minute) walk to NSU campus. Very nice place, found as described by Spencer and he was super responsible and flexible. The move out was super easy as well, without any onerous requirements. Thanks and would stay again!

We loved staying at Timothy's place! We attended a wedding in Jeanerette but also wanted something in good driving distance from New Orleans, so this was perfect. Timothy was super responsive and always got back to us quickly, while also being so nice. The house was quaint and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, and would 10/10 recommend!

This was a great find in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was cozy for times when we felt like relaxing, but conveniently located to cool shops and nice places to eat/drink, when we felt like walking around. I highly recommend it!

Rented house for an extended weekend. Great location if you are looking to do any of the tours in the area. Close to groceries or restaurants. Trina and her husband were very quick to respond if we had any questions or issues at the house. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Experience! The home was super clean, well equipped, and better than described. Located in a very private lakeside community with amazing fishing-even for us beginners. Plenty of space for our family and our dog had the time of his life. The nearby Spahr’s restaurant is perfect for delicious Cajun food. We had zero issues during our stay but Seth was the fastest responder to airbnb messages I’ve ever experienced. If anything extra had been needed he would’ve been all over it. Incredible house and incredible host. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend Michelle's place! I've been to Nola 6 times from Canada as my daughter was at University there and this is by far my favorite Airbnb and neighborhood! It is a stone's throw from Magazine Street, a short walk to the streetcar (took to the French Quarter and to Audubon Park park) and everything we needed was walkable (Cafes, groceries, shops, and amazing restaurants). The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and the beds were comfortable and cozy. Parking was just in front or at the side of the house. Great spot for family gathering. Big bedrooms and the location was fantastic. Living room is connected to kitchen and it’s very tight/cozy. No problem for us since we were enjoying all the fantastic food options on magazine. Would recommend for others. Great location and beds were comfortable and sheets felt really nice too.

This was a great place to stay. Great parking. The house was super cute with everything we needed and more. Grocery store very close. In an amazing neighborhood and was within walking distance of great shops, restaurants and bars. I loved this place and will definitely return.

We had never been to New Orleans and so didn't have any idea where we should stay. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The home was immaculate and stylish, and the location right off Magazine Street was awesome. We loved everything about our stay and can highly recommend.

Tim's place was great. My wife and I were there for an anniversary getaway. Tim's place was a beautifully kept shotgun home uptown with unique charm. It was extremely walkable to local bars/resturants/coffee shops/ and the street car. The bed was very comfy. It was not our first time in NOLA but first time staying uptown as we usually stay in CBD area. If you're looking for a place that feels like home...you won't be disappointed!

We were comfortable immediately on arriving and unpacking and felt right at home when we returned after busy days in NOLA. It was nice to have a door to close between living and bedroom space, as one of us is an earlier riser. We sleep on a firm queen size bed at home, so the soft double bed took some getting used to; but it was by no means a deal-breaker. If we have occasion to return to the area and it is available, we'll definitely want to book this apartment again.

Nicest and most helpful people in Louisiana. We did remote work during the stay, and they help us jump our car two times in the rain! Really helped us out of a scrape. Love these guys. Beautiful beach access and walkable restaurant a hugeplus also.

Marigny called to check on us , that was so reassuring. After a full day, was nice to come back to lovely peaceful home.

The house is located in a great neighborhood. Walkable, safe, and lots to do. We also took the street car all over the city from this house. We would definitely stay again!
